【摘要】:本文的研究背景著力于制冷性壓縮機的研發(fā)生產(chǎn),隨著制冷壓縮機技術(shù)的不斷革新,該行業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)受國家能效標準調(diào)整、新品研發(fā)、班次質(zhì)檢的抽試監(jiān)控、標準機客戶送樣等問題的條件影響,加之環(huán)境保護技術(shù)的相關(guān)聯(lián)制約,隨之對其產(chǎn)品測試的工藝、技術(shù)力量、高效性有了更高的要求。為了實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品性能測試的精準度,特設(shè)計出了基于PLC組態(tài)控制的空調(diào)壓縮機性能測控系統(tǒng),俗稱熱量計。在整個設(shè)備的設(shè)計制作過程中,考慮PLC功能豐富、性能穩(wěn)定,可靠性高,具有適應(yīng)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的高溫、沖擊和振動等惡劣環(huán)境的特點。因而在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)控制與管理過程中,幾乎80%以上的工作可以由PLC來完成。同時可以取代繼電器控制裝置完成順序控制和程序控制,進行PID回路調(diào)節(jié),也可以構(gòu)成高速數(shù)據(jù)采集與分析系統(tǒng),實行開環(huán)的位置控制和速度控制。觸摸屏顯示直觀,與PLC通訊簡單可靠,PLC+觸摸屏組成的測控系統(tǒng),開發(fā)環(huán)境簡單方便、測量精度高、抗干擾能力強,完全適應(yīng)于復(fù)雜的工廠環(huán)境,滿足在線測控需求。本系統(tǒng)為測試設(shè)備的開發(fā)應(yīng)用提供了一種快捷有效的方法;赑LC組態(tài)控制的空調(diào)壓縮機性能測控系統(tǒng),從解決實際問題出發(fā)。在已搭建好即將發(fā)生國標環(huán)境制冷工況的平臺上,由PLC組態(tài)控制系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動各個工礦發(fā)生單元硬件。并創(chuàng)立信息采集通道、搭載了遠程軟件采集信息處理系統(tǒng),指整個產(chǎn)品測試過程具備了科學(xué)、實時觀測、快速獲取測試結(jié)果的功能。使制冷行業(yè)向高效率、高層次發(fā)展邁向了新的臺階。綜上所述,從事該方向的研究具有很大的應(yīng)用前景和實踐意義。本論文通過第二制冷劑法主測、冷媒流量計法輔測分析的方式,搭建特定的硬件平臺和軟件平臺構(gòu)建測試系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對制冷型壓縮機性能的精準測量,其測量精度控制在5%以內(nèi)。本論文的研究與實現(xiàn)不僅是將熱力學(xué)工況演化為電力計測分析的方式引用到制冷系統(tǒng)的一次成功應(yīng)用,同時使用數(shù)據(jù)分析智能軟件將龐大而復(fù)雜的制冷學(xué)系統(tǒng)從實驗室引入到一體式的范疇,體現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集智能化、簡單操作化、高效化等方向發(fā)展的趨勢,也為制冷型壓縮機測試平臺設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)提供了一種新的參考方法。
[Abstract]:The research background of this paper is focused on the research and production of refrigeration compressors. With the continuous innovation of refrigeration compressor technology, the production system of this industry is subject to the adjustment of national energy efficiency standards, the development of new products, the sampling and monitoring of shift quality inspection. Due to the influence of the condition of standard machine customer sample delivery and the related restriction of environmental protection technology, there is a higher requirement for the process, technical force and efficiency of the product test. In order to realize the precision of product performance test, a performance measurement and control system of air conditioner compressor based on PLC configuration control is designed, which is commonly called calorimeter. In the process of design and manufacture of the whole equipment, PLC has the characteristics of rich function, stable performance and high reliability, which can adapt to the harsh environment such as high temperature, shock and vibration. Therefore, in the process of industrial production control and management, almost 80% of the work can be accomplished by PLC. At the same time, it can replace relay control device to complete sequence control and program control, adjust pid loop, and also form high-speed data acquisition and analysis system, and implement open-loop position control and speed control. The measurement and control system composed of touch screen display, simple and reliable communication with PLC and PLC touch screen has simple and convenient development environment, high measuring precision and strong anti-interference ability. It is fully suitable for complex factory environment and meets the on-line measurement and control requirements. This system provides a fast and effective method for the development and application of test equipment. The performance measurement and control system of air conditioner compressor based on PLC configuration control is based on solving practical problems. The PLC configuration control system is used to drive the hardware of each industrial and mine generating unit on the platform which is about to happen in the environment of national standard refrigeration. The information collection channel is created, and the remote software collection and information processing system is carried out, which means that the whole product testing process has the functions of scientific, real-time observation and quick obtaining of test results. So that the refrigeration industry to high efficiency, high-level development to a new level. To sum up, the research in this direction has great application prospect and practical significance. In this paper, through the method of the second refrigerant main measurement and the method of refrigerant Flowmeter auxiliary measurement and analysis, the specific hardware platform and software platform are built to realize the accurate measurement of the performance of the refrigeration compressor, and the precision of the measurement is controlled within 5%. The research and realization of this thesis is not only a successful application of the thermodynamic condition to the electric metering analysis, but also to the refrigeration system. At the same time, data analysis intelligent software is used to introduce the huge and complex refrigeration system from the laboratory to the integrated category, which reflects the development trend of data collection intelligence, simple operation, high efficiency and so on. It also provides a new reference method for the design and implementation of refrigeration compressor test platform.
