【摘要】：信息爆炸并在全球范圍內(nèi)互動的年代，人類同時也在面臨著重大的危機——自然資源的數(shù)量銳減和環(huán)境質(zhì)量惡化。面對失控的威脅，，“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”逐漸變成一個國際化名詞，受到人類的重視。設(shè)計是否要對得起時代以及子孫后代，是所有設(shè)計師值得深思的問題。 本文將人機工程學(xué)中的人機要素與產(chǎn)品可持續(xù)性設(shè)計相融合，從功能的角度研究適合工業(yè)設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)化可持續(xù)創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)途徑，以期能在產(chǎn)品工業(yè)設(shè)計過程方面進(jìn)行一些有益的探索。研究內(nèi)容主要主要包括以下幾個方面： 1.采用傳統(tǒng)用戶需求調(diào)查問卷的方式，通常涵蓋用戶基本需求和個別期望需求。從科學(xué)應(yīng)對市場需求的可持續(xù)性設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則中提取面向產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計的可持續(xù)性準(zhǔn)則，概括為技術(shù)、社會、環(huán)境三個方面。通過用戶需求獲取、需求聚類與需求進(jìn)化研究，結(jié)合常規(guī)需求分析方法和需求進(jìn)化定律，形成基于人機要素的可持續(xù)性需求模型。 2.從新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和已有產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)兩個方面建立產(chǎn)品的功能結(jié)構(gòu)，將需求轉(zhuǎn)化為功能，并建立功能結(jié)構(gòu)。新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)從成型的新概念的目標(biāo)或者是調(diào)查后的用戶需求入手，確定輸入/輸出流，建立功能結(jié)構(gòu)，然后進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。已有產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)首先建立已有產(chǎn)品的物質(zhì)-場模型，找到人機要素的功能組件，建立基于人機要素的可持續(xù)性功能結(jié)構(gòu)，與技術(shù)功能結(jié)構(gòu)驗證沖突并解決沖突，得到無沖突的方案。 3.利用扣圈機的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計驗證論文方法的可行性，并提出后續(xù)有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:In the era of information explosion and interaction over the globe , mankind is also facing a significant crisis in the quantity of natural resources and the deterioration of environmental quality . Facing the threat of runaway , " sustainable development " gradually becomes an international noun , which is valued by mankind . Whether the design is to be able to withstand the times and future generations is the question that all designers are worth thinking .

This paper combines man - machine elements in man - machine engineering and product sustainability design , from the point of view of function , to study the realization way of systematic sustainable innovation suitable for industrial design , in order to carry out some useful exploration in the process of product industry design .

1 . The traditional user demand questionnaire is adopted , which generally covers the basic needs of users and the individual expectation requirements . The sustainability criterion for product innovation design is extracted from the scientific response to the sustainable design criterion of market demand , which is summarized into three aspects : technology , society and environment . Through the user ' s demand acquisition , demand clustering and demand evolution research , the sustainable demand model based on human - machine elements is formed by combining the conventional demand analysis method and the demand evolution law .

2 . The functional structure of product is established from the two aspects of new product development and existing product improvement . The function structure is established . The new product development is based on the new concept of shaping or the user ' s demand after investigation . The function structure of the existing product is established firstly , the functional component of the human machine element is established , the sustainable function structure based on the human machine element is established , the conflict is verified with the technical functional structure , and the conflict is solved , and the conflict is solved .

3 . Make use of the innovative design of buckle machine to verify the feasibility of the paper method , and put forward some problems to be studied further .
