【摘要】:分別采用常規(guī)熱處理和氮?dú)廨o助熱處理對制冷機(jī)械外殼材料進(jìn)行了退火處理,并進(jìn)行了材料的顯微組織、耐磨損性能和阻尼性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明,與常規(guī)熱處理相比,氮?dú)廨o助熱處理顯著改善了材料的耐磨損性能和阻尼性能;使材料的25℃和150℃磨損體積分別減小65%、77%,25℃阻尼性能增加84%;隨著頻率從0.2Hz提高到1.0Hz,材料的阻尼性能從84%降至35%。
[Abstract]:The shell materials of refrigeration machinery were annealed by conventional heat treatment and nitrogen assisted heat treatment, and the microstructure, wear resistance and damping properties of the materials were tested and analyzed.
