冷端孔徑對渦流管性能影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:本文搭建了渦流管性能實驗臺,研究了不同冷端孔口直徑的渦流管實驗樣機的性能。當進口壓力為0.3~0.5 MPa時,分析了冷端孔徑對冷端溫降特性、制冷量特性、等熵溫度效率特性及COP特性的影響。結果表明:冷端孔口直徑對渦流管性能有很大影響,存在一個使渦流管冷端溫降及制冷量均達到最大值的最佳冷端孔口直徑,在本文設計的渦流管幾何尺寸條件下,最佳冷端孔口直徑為5 mm,最佳冷端孔口直徑與熱端直徑比為0.5。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the experimental bench of eddy current tube is built, and the performance of the experimental prototype of vortex tube with different diameter of cold end orifice is studied. When the inlet pressure is 0.3 ~ (0.5) MPA, the effects of cold end aperture on the characteristics of temperature drop, cooling capacity, Isentropic temperature efficiency and cop are analyzed. The results show that the diameter of the cold end orifice has a great influence on the performance of the vortex tube, and there exists an optimum diameter of the cold end orifice which can make the temperature drop and the refrigerating capacity of the vortex tube reach the maximum value. Under the condition of the geometry size of the vortex tube designed in this paper, The optimum diameter of cold end hole is 5 mm and the ratio of the diameter of cold end hole to hot end is 0.5 mm.
