低燃溫薄膜型誘餌材料的設(shè)計與性能研究

【摘要】:基于Mg/PTFE的高輻射強度和高燃燒溫度的特點,采用紅磷/氧化銅等超細(xì)易燃高熱劑作為Mg/PTFE燃燒介質(zhì)的界面間填充材料,以保證其既具有高紅外輻射強度,同時在成膜后又能低溫持續(xù)穩(wěn)定燃燒。 首先通過DTA實驗測定初選配方的點火溫度,分析各組分的引入對Mg/PTFE誘餌配方的影響,最終選擇紅磷和氧化銅作為Mg/PTFE基誘餌配方的功能添加劑。為保證薄膜型誘餌材料具有一定的彈性和拉伸強度,以及在燃爆分散時不碎裂,本實驗用外加了10%的賽璐珞作為粘合劑。通過實驗分析,研究了三種紅外誘餌配方中不同氧化劑粒徑對燃燒溫度的影響規(guī)律。 與傳統(tǒng)的Mg/PTFE誘餌相比,新設(shè)計的誘餌配方中,對于平均燃燒溫度值低于900℃的配方,開展了低燃溫薄膜型紅外誘餌性能的研究。研究表明:紅磷和氧化銅含量對Mg/PTFE誘餌的燃燒溫度和紅外輻射強度影響很大。在新配方中,當(dāng)紅磷含量為10%,氧化銅含量為20-30%,或紅磷含量為15%,氧化銅含量為10%時,平均燃溫值低于900℃,薄膜燃燒最為穩(wěn)定,燃燒時間大于2.5s,輻射強度在2.OW/Sr左右。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of high radiation intensity and high combustion temperature of mg / PTFE, ultrafine flammable and high heat agent such as red phosphorus / copper oxide was used as the interfacial filling material of mg / PTFE combustion medium to ensure its high infrared radiation intensity. At the same time, it can burn steadily at low temperature after film formation. First, the ignition temperature of primary formula was measured by DTA experiment, and the influence of each component on the formula of mg / PTFE bait was analyzed. Finally, red phosphorus and copper oxide were selected as functional additives of mg / PTFE based bait formula. In order to ensure the elastic and tensile strength of the thin film decoy material and not to break up when ignited and dispersed, 10% celluloid was added as the adhesive in this experiment. The influence of different oxidant particle size on combustion temperature in three kinds of infrared bait formulations was studied by experimental analysis. Compared with the traditional mg / PTFE bait, the performance of the low-burning temperature thin film infrared decoy was studied for the formula with the average combustion temperature below 900 鈩,
