鎢鉬混合粗精礦直接制備高純度鎢鉬粉的研究

【摘要】:鎢鉬礦是我國的一種多金屬復雜礦資源,但由于復雜的地質條件、特殊的礦石構造,導致該礦選礦極為困難,造成現(xiàn)有加工成本偏高。目前,工業(yè)上對氧化鎢鉬礦的選別及提取的生產(chǎn)先例極少。在選礦方面,中國地質調查局鄭州礦產(chǎn)綜合利用研究所已成功地實現(xiàn)了鎢鉬多金屬礦的浮選富集,獲得Mo+WO330%鎢鉬混合粗精礦。本課題作為冶金研究部分,以浮選后的鎢鉬混合粗精礦為對象,開發(fā)了一條制備高純度鎢鉬粉的新工藝。主要研究內容包括焙燒-酸洗聯(lián)合預處理、預處理料蘇打焙燒-水浸提取鎢和鉬、鋁鹽-鎂鹽共沉淀凈化除雜、共沉淀-共結晶制取高純度鎢鉬化合物、共煅燒-共還原鎢鉬化合物制備高純度鎢鉬粉。主要研究結果如下:首先對鎢鉬混合粗精礦進行化學成分和物相分析,并制定實驗方案。進行了焙燒-酸洗聯(lián)合預處理工藝研究,結果顯示,在最佳焙燒溫度為600℃,3%鹽酸室溫酸洗條件下,鎢、鉬的回收率分別為98.17%、96.24%;有效除去雜質和脈石礦物,鎢、鉬品位分別從16.51%、14.92%提高至19.90%、17.63%。對焙燒-酸洗聯(lián)合預處理料進行了浸出試驗研究。結果表明,在最佳工藝條件下:焙燒溫度為850℃,焙燒時間為2h,加入所需Na_2CO_3化學計量比為3.0和ω_(SiO_2)/ω_(Conc)=12%;水浸溫度70℃,液固比為3:1,水浸時間為60min的條件下,鎢和鉬的浸出率可達98.89%和99.41%。對浸出液進行共除雜-共沉淀-共結晶等工藝研究。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),在最佳實驗條件下,共沉淀法凈化工序鎢、鉬回收率分別為99.50%、99.68%;高溫酸沉鎢和鉬的沉淀率分別為84.02%和99.03%;低溫酸沉鎢、鉬結晶率分別為98.88%、93.51%;酸洗低溫結晶產(chǎn)物鎢和鉬回收率分別為91.67%和97.89%;蒸發(fā)結晶獲得鎢、鉬化合物純度大于99.95%。在煅燒溫度500℃、一次還原溫度520℃、二次還原溫度920℃的工藝條件下,獲得鎢鉬粉純度大于99.92%,氧含量為500ppm。課題研究克服了傳統(tǒng)方法所帶來的工藝流程長、鎢鉬分離難度大的問題,為我國大量鎢鉬共生資源綜合、高效利用開辟了新途徑。本課題利用低品位鎢鉬氧化礦為原料,采取共除雜-共浸出-共沉淀-共還原等工藝技術手段直接制備高附加值的高純度鎢鉬粉,為我國開發(fā)與利用復雜低品位有色金屬資源提供了技術支持。
[Abstract]:Tungsten molybdenum ore is a kind of polymetallic complex ore resource in China, but because of complex geological conditions and special ore structure, it is extremely difficult to concentrate, resulting in high processing cost. At present, there are few industrial precedents for the separation and extraction of tungsten molybdenum oxide. In the aspect of mineral processing, the Zhengzhou Institute of Comprehensive Utilization of Mineral Resources of China Geological Survey has successfully realized the flotation enrichment of tungsten and molybdenum polymetallic ore, and obtained the mixed coarse concentrate of Mo WO 330% tungsten and molybdenum. As a part of metallurgical research, a new process of preparing high purity tungsten and molybdenum powder was developed by taking the mixed coarse concentrate of tungsten and molybdenum after flotation as the object. The main research contents include roasting-acid pickling combined pretreatment, soda-roasting-water leaching to extract tungsten and molybdenum, aluminum salt-magnesium salt coprecipitation purification, coprecipitation-co-crystallization to prepare high purity tungsten and molybdenum compounds. Preparation of high purity tungsten and molybdenum powder by co-calcination-co-reduction of tungsten and molybdenum compounds. The main results are as follows: firstly, the chemical composition and phase of tungsten and molybdenum mixed coarse concentrate are analyzed, and the experimental scheme is worked out.
