【摘要】:目的為了提高灌裝設備的灌裝精度,解決灌裝過程中的噴濺問題。方法根據(jù)現(xiàn)有上開閥式灌裝閥的結(jié)構特點,創(chuàng)新設計一種中心小流量上開閥式灌裝閥。該灌裝閥通過活塞頭的下錐面與活塞密封板形成錐面密封,構成柱塞高位的內(nèi)密封結(jié)構,且在活塞頭上設計由橫向?qū)Я骺缀椭行膶Я骺姿鶚嫵傻男×髁客ǖ。結(jié)果該灌裝閥小流量流速穩(wěn)定,灌裝精度易于控制,工作時無噴濺現(xiàn)象,不僅適用于普通液體物料的包裝,也可用于粘度大的膏狀物料的灌裝設備。結(jié)論經(jīng)大量實踐證明,該灌裝閥具有結(jié)構合理、可靠性高、適用范圍廣等優(yōu)點,并具有良好的推廣價值和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the filling accuracy of filling equipment and solve the problem of spatter during filling. Methods according to the structural characteristics of the existing upper-opening valve filling valve, a new type of filling valve with center and small flow rate was designed. The filling valve forms a cone seal with the piston seal plate through the lower cone of the piston head, which forms the internal seal structure of the plunger high position, and designs a small flow channel on the piston head consisting of a transverse diversion hole and a central diversion hole. Results the filling valve has the advantages of stable flow rate, easy control of filling precision and no spatter, which is not only suitable for packing of ordinary liquid materials, but also for filling equipment of paste materials with high viscosity. Conclusion it is proved by a large number of practice that the filling valve has the advantages of reasonable structure, high reliability and wide application range, and has good popularization value and economic benefit.
