水性聚氨酯膜的制備及在超纖革中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以水性聚氨酯(WPU)為聚合物,采用物理機(jī)械發(fā)泡的方法制備WPU膜,系統(tǒng)研究了成膜溫度對(duì)WPU膜形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)成膜溫度低于100℃時(shí),所制備WPU膜的泡孔密度、表面孔孔徑、平均孔徑、結(jié)晶度、透氣量、透濕率、斷裂強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率等均隨成膜溫度的升高而增大。其中,當(dāng)成膜溫度為80℃時(shí),膜具有最佳的性能。隨著成膜溫度進(jìn)一步升高,膜的表面出現(xiàn)裂紋,透氣量和透濕率增加,而斷裂強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率顯著減小。在此基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)干法移膜技術(shù)制備的WPU超纖革達(dá)到了成品等級(jí)的A類產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:WPU films were prepared by physical and mechanical foaming with water-borne polyurethane (WPUU) as polymer. The effects of film forming temperature on morphology, structure and properties of WPU films were systematically studied. The results show that the bubble density, surface pore diameter, average pore size, crystallinity, air permeability, moisture permeability, breaking strength and elongation at break of WPU membrane increased with the increase of film forming temperature when the temperature of the membrane was lower than 100 鈩,
