新型自動(dòng)塑料包裝腸衣褶皺機(jī)的研制

【摘要】:塑料包裝腸衣行業(yè)作為塑料包裝薄膜領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)分支,目前有著很大市場(chǎng),尤其是對(duì)香腸加工食品行業(yè)有著十分重要的地位和意義。高壓縮比,規(guī)格化的塑料包裝腸衣產(chǎn)品對(duì)后期灌腸工序具有很大益處,可以有效地降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率。 本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容是研制一款基于氣壓傳動(dòng)和PLC控制的新型自動(dòng)塑料包裝腸衣褶皺機(jī),主要解決香腸灌裝工序中人工壓縮腸衣、壓縮比小、工作效率低、影響自動(dòng)化程度改進(jìn)問題。高壓縮比、統(tǒng)一規(guī)格褶皺管狀成品,可取代香腸灌裝時(shí)人工壓縮工序,降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高生產(chǎn)效率。通過(guò)天津市康泰塑料包裝有限公司實(shí)際生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證,腸衣褶皺機(jī)工作性能穩(wěn)定,生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化程度高。 本課題的主要研究成果包括: (1)深入研究了塑料包裝腸衣褶皺機(jī)的工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對(duì)整體機(jī)各部分結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究和制作。尤其對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)切刀裝置進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)研究與設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)計(jì)算出切刀伸出量和主動(dòng)軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度間的存在關(guān)系,并設(shè)計(jì)了角度改變輔助件,實(shí)現(xiàn)快速規(guī)格匹配。通過(guò)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)對(duì)整體機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)試,調(diào)整和改進(jìn)各部分機(jī)構(gòu)的缺陷進(jìn)而達(dá)到預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目的。 (2)采用變頻控制,保證塑料包裝腸衣褶皺機(jī)中牽引擠壓輥、牽引膠輥組以及旋轉(zhuǎn)褶皺裝置間的線速一致性,詳細(xì)計(jì)算出三者之間速比關(guān)系。 (3)氣壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)各部分工序要求,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套完整的氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng),并對(duì)氣動(dòng)元件進(jìn)行了有關(guān)選型。 (4)設(shè)計(jì)采用PLC作為控制核心的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng);設(shè)置上位機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)PLC與上位機(jī)的有效通信及良好的人機(jī)交互功能,如根據(jù)不同規(guī)格腸衣生產(chǎn)要求,對(duì)應(yīng)生產(chǎn)參數(shù)可在上位機(jī)進(jìn)行快速設(shè)置和調(diào)整,以滿足生產(chǎn)要求。
[Abstract]:As a branch of the plastic packaging film field , the plastic packaging casing industry has a great market , especially for the sausage processing and food industry . The high compression ratio and the normalized plastic packaging casing product have great benefit to the later stage of sausage filling process , so that the production cost can be effectively reduced , and the production efficiency is improved .
The main content of this research is to develop a novel automatic plastic packaging sausage folding machine based on air pressure transmission and PLC control , which mainly solves the problems of manual compression of casings , small compression ratio , low working efficiency and improvement of automation degree in the sausage filling process . The high compression ratio and uniform specification corrugated tubular product can replace manual compression procedures when filling the sausage , reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency . Through the actual production verification of the Tianjin Kangtai Plastic Packaging Co . , Ltd . , the work performance of the sausage casing folding machine is stable and the production automation degree is high .
The main research results of this subject include :
( 1 ) The working principle and structural characteristics of the plastic packaging casing folding machine are studied in depth , and the structure of each part of the whole machine is studied and manufactured . In particular , the structure research and design of the rotary cutter device are carried out , the existence relation between the extension amount of the cutting knife and the rotation angle of the driving shaft is calculated in detail , and the angle changing auxiliary part is designed to realize the quick specification matching .
( 2 ) adopting frequency conversion control to ensure the line speed consistency between the traction pressing roller , the traction rubber roller group and the rotary folding device in the plastic packaging casing folding machine , and calculating the speed ratio relationship among the three components in detail .
( 3 ) Design of pneumatic transmission system . According to the requirements of each working procedure , a complete pneumatic system is designed , and the pneumatic components are selected .
( 4 ) designing the automatic production system using PLC as the control core ;
the upper computer is arranged to realize the effective communication between the PLC and the upper computer and the good human - machine interaction function , such as according to the production requirements of different specifications of the casings , and the corresponding production parameters can be quickly set and adjusted in the upper computer to meet the production requirements .
