【摘要】：為解決電機測試臺操作便捷和美觀的問題,分析了人機工程學與電機測試臺造型設(shè)計的關(guān)系,探討了對電機測試臺造型進行人機工程設(shè)計的要素,提出了基于人機工程學的電機測試臺造型設(shè)計方法。以測試臺為例,在對原產(chǎn)品進行功能分析和尺寸測量的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了新產(chǎn)品造型的主體特征,運用人機工程的理論與方法進行了造型方案的設(shè)計,為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的人機工程設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of convenient and beautiful operation of the motor test table, the relationship between ergonomics and the modeling design of the motor test table is analyzed, and the elements of the ergonomics design for the motor test table are discussed. The modeling design method of motor test bench based on ergonomics is presented. Taking the test bench as an example, on the basis of the functional analysis and size measurement of the original product, the main features of the new product modeling are determined, and the modeling scheme is designed by using the theory and method of ergonomics. It provides reference for ergonomics design of related products.
