【摘要】:在工程實(shí)際問題中,為考察物體的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)特性,需要知道其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量。對(duì)于質(zhì)量分布均勻或形狀規(guī)則的物體,可以采用理論方法計(jì)算得到其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量,而對(duì)于絕大多數(shù)質(zhì)量不均勻或形狀不規(guī)則的物體,只能采用實(shí)驗(yàn)方法測(cè)得轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量。首先介紹和比較了常用的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量測(cè)定方法,討論了各種測(cè)定方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺陷;然后以粉末冶金技術(shù)成型的皮帶輪為例,運(yùn)用落錘測(cè)定法測(cè)得了其相對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量,并對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了誤差分析,研究了測(cè)試誤差產(chǎn)生的原因。最后,介紹了在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量實(shí)測(cè)過程中所遇到的問題以及解決問題的技巧。
[Abstract]:In engineering practice, in order to investigate the rotational characteristics of an object, it is necessary to know its moment of inertia. For a body with uniform mass distribution or regular shape, the moment of inertia can be calculated by theoretical method, but for most objects with uneven mass or irregular shape, the moment of inertia can only be measured by experimental method. This paper first introduces and compares the commonly used methods for measuring the moment of inertia, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various measuring methods, and then, taking the pulley formed by powder metallurgy technology as an example, the moment of inertia relative to the shaft is measured by using the drop weight method. The error analysis of the test results is carried out, and the causes of the test errors are studied. Finally, the problems encountered in the measurement of the moment of inertia and the skills to solve the problems are introduced.
