基于LS——DYNA的隧道爆破模擬分析

【摘要】:為了分析擬建隧道的爆破施工對(duì)已建隧道的影響,利用通用顯式動(dòng)力分析程序LS-DYNA對(duì)3種施工方法5種爆破方案進(jìn)行了模擬。首先對(duì)全斷面法施工方案進(jìn)行了全面分析,給出了速度響應(yīng)與應(yīng)力響應(yīng)分析結(jié)果,并指出該方案的不安全性。隨后對(duì)臺(tái)階法和CD法的施工方案進(jìn)行了擬建隧道與已建隧道間距不同情況下的爆破模擬,并給出了各自的力學(xué)響應(yīng)結(jié)果。模擬計(jì)算克服了現(xiàn)有簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算爆破荷載的缺點(diǎn),準(zhǔn)確給出了擬建隧道的爆破施工對(duì)已建隧道的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明CD法在不同條件下均可滿足安全要求,在爆破方案確定過(guò)程中,增加擬建隧道與已建隧道之間的距離是降低爆破對(duì)已建隧道影響的最好方法。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of the blasting construction of the proposed tunnel on the built tunnel, five blasting schemes of three construction methods were simulated by using the general explicit dynamic analysis program LS-DYNA. First, the construction scheme of full section method is analyzed, the results of velocity response and stress response are given, and the insecurity of the scheme is pointed out. Then the blasting simulation of the construction scheme of step method and CD method is carried out under the different distance between the planned tunnel and the existing tunnel, and the results of mechanical response are given. The simulation calculation overcomes the shortcoming that the existing simplified calculation can not calculate the blasting load accurately, and gives the influence of the blasting construction of the proposed tunnel on the built tunnel accurately. The results show that the CD method can meet the safety requirements under different conditions. In the process of determining the blasting scheme, increasing the distance between the proposed tunnel and the built tunnel is the best method to reduce the impact of blasting on the built tunnel.
