電子致冷器在激光雕刻機(jī)應(yīng)用的研究

【摘要】:本文分析了電子致冷器特性,并利用其特性制造一套儀器,應(yīng)用于激光雕刻機(jī)激光發(fā)生器實(shí)驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)。采用全橋電路的設(shè)計(jì)理念,使得電子致冷器兼具致冷和加熱兩項(xiàng)功能。根據(jù)委托方提出的參數(shù)要求,親自動(dòng)手設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)際組裝,并將發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)。論文采用結(jié)合實(shí)際產(chǎn)品的方法,對(duì)每部分器件的設(shè)計(jì)原因和實(shí)際用途進(jìn)行了闡述。利用PID調(diào)節(jié)器的控制功能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溫度的控制,根據(jù)通信協(xié)議進(jìn)行編程。從可靠性和安全性方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),盡量提高儀器的可靠性,并根據(jù)相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)儀器進(jìn)行安全性試驗(yàn)。對(duì)各部分功能驗(yàn)證后,,證明本儀器是符合委托方的設(shè)計(jì)要求的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the characteristics of electronic cooler are analyzed, and a set of instruments are made by using these characteristics, which are used in the laboratory test of laser generator of laser engraving machine. By adopting the design concept of full bridge circuit, the electronic cooler has two functions of cooling and heating. According to the request of the client, design, assemble and summarize the problems. In this paper, the design reasons and practical uses of each part of the device are described by combining with the actual product. The temperature control is realized by using the control function of PID regulator, and the program is carried out according to the communication protocol. The reliability and safety of the instrument are designed to improve the reliability of the instrument as far as possible, and the safety test of the instrument is carried out according to the relevant national standards. After the verification of each part of the function, it is proved that the instrument is in accordance with the design requirements of the client.
