海藻酸鈉-醋酸纖維素復(fù)合薄膜的制備及除濕性能測(cè)試

【摘要】:為提高膜式全熱交換器的除濕效率,以海藻酸鈉為表面活性層,醋酸纖維素膜為支撐層,氯化鋰為親水添加劑制備了一種新型除濕復(fù)合膜。測(cè)試了復(fù)合膜的水蒸氣透過(guò)量和水溶性,對(duì)薄膜結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征及分析了應(yīng)用復(fù)合膜的全熱交換器的傳質(zhì)系數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合膜的水蒸氣透過(guò)量隨氯化鋰含量增加而高達(dá)4.42×10~(-5)g·m~(-2)·s~(-1)·Pa~(-1),是無(wú)氯化鋰復(fù)合膜的1.56倍,商用紙膜的2.63倍。表面活性層水溶性介于18.29%~28.55%之間,具有一定的防水耐水性。熱重曲線表明通入55℃干燥空氣復(fù)合膜可實(shí)現(xiàn)再生,紅外光譜圖顯示出海藻酸鈉為復(fù)合膜引進(jìn)大量親水性羥基。最后,將復(fù)合膜應(yīng)用到全熱交換器中,并與商用紙膜換熱器在傳質(zhì)系數(shù)上進(jìn)行了分析比較。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the dehumidification efficiency of membrane heat exchanger, a new dehumidifying composite membrane was prepared with sodium alginate as surface active layer, cellulose acetate membrane as supporting layer and lithium chloride as hydrophilic additive. The water vapor transmittance and water solubility of the composite membrane were measured. The structure of the film was characterized and the mass transfer coefficient of the total heat exchanger using the composite membrane was analyzed. The results show that the water vapor transmittance of the composite membrane is as high as 4.42 脳 10 ~ (-5) g / m ~ (-1) Li ~ (-1) Pao ~ (-1) with the increase of lithium chloride content, which is 1.56 times of that of non-lithium chloride composite membrane and 2.63 times of commercial paper film. The water solubility of the surface active layer is between 18.29% and 28.55%. The thermogravimetric curves show that the composite membrane can be regenerated by dry air at 55 鈩,
