考慮機(jī)器故障的柔性作業(yè)車間魯棒調(diào)度方法

【摘要】:柔性作業(yè)車間在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過程中存在多種不確定因素,影響了正常生產(chǎn)和調(diào)度目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對機(jī)器發(fā)生故障的因素,結(jié)合柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度特點(diǎn),分別提出了2個(gè)魯棒性指標(biāo):一個(gè)是考慮初始調(diào)度和實(shí)際調(diào)度最大完工時(shí)間偏差的魯棒性指標(biāo);另一個(gè)是考慮每臺機(jī)器的空閑時(shí)間和工作負(fù)荷的魯棒性指標(biāo)。應(yīng)用遺傳算法對其求解,設(shè)計(jì)了兩段式染色體編碼,防止產(chǎn)生非法解。通過建立機(jī)器發(fā)生故障的概率函數(shù),模擬產(chǎn)生機(jī)器故障事件,并利用提出的優(yōu)化方法和魯棒性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明提出的方法可以有效的減少工序延誤,避免造成實(shí)際調(diào)度性能的惡化。
[Abstract]:There are many uncertain factors in the practical production process of flexible workshops, which affect the realization of normal production and scheduling targets. According to the factors of machine failure and the characteristics of flexible job shop scheduling, 2 Robust indexes are put forward respectively: one is the robustness considering the initial adjustment and the maximum completion time deviation of the actual scheduling. The other is to consider the robustness of the idle time and workload of each machine. Using genetic algorithms to solve it, a two segment chromosome coding is designed to prevent unlawful solutions. By establishing a probability function of a machine failure, a machine fault event is simulated, and the proposed optimization method and robustness are used. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the process delay and avoid the deterioration of actual scheduling performance.
