制造業(yè)線上工人作業(yè)疲勞影響因素綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:制造業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛增長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中起到了支柱性的作用,可以作為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合實(shí)力的重要標(biāo)志,但是伴隨來(lái)的安全問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。雖然我國(guó)的制造業(yè)正朝著自動(dòng)化、機(jī)械化、智能化的方向發(fā)展,但在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中仍不可避免有大量的人工作業(yè)。生產(chǎn)線的作業(yè)工人作為制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中主要參與者,是人-機(jī)-環(huán)-管理這一復(fù)雜生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的核心因素,受到作業(yè)強(qiáng)度大、作業(yè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、作業(yè)難度大、生活與工作雙重壓力、環(huán)境惡劣、管理水平低等諸多因素的影響,這些都容易引起工人的疲勞感,主要表現(xiàn)為全身酸痛、工作消極、精神萎靡等癥狀,造成工人極易出現(xiàn)失誤操作、生產(chǎn)效率下降、安全事故頻發(fā)等嚴(yán)重后果。由此可見(jiàn)作業(yè)疲勞是造成制造業(yè)安全問(wèn)題的重要原因,因此本文對(duì)于研究制造業(yè)工人作業(yè)疲勞影響因素問(wèn)題十分有必要。本文選取了制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)線上的工人為研究對(duì)象,基于國(guó)內(nèi)外疲勞影響因素研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合人因工程學(xué)相關(guān)理論,確定了作業(yè)疲勞影響因素的五大指標(biāo)集,分別為作業(yè)人員情況、機(jī)器設(shè)備、作業(yè)本身、作業(yè)環(huán)境、組織管理,并選取了 29個(gè)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了本文的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。然后采用發(fā)放問(wèn)卷的方式對(duì)影響作業(yè)疲勞的因素進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)獲得的研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度與效度的檢驗(yàn)。接下來(lái)運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型研究各個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)線上工人作業(yè)疲勞的影響機(jī)制,進(jìn)行一階和二階驗(yàn)證性因素分析與運(yùn)算,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)模型進(jìn)行不斷的修正和擬合,以便得到擬合度高的關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)模型。最后對(duì)本文的研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出論文的研究局限之處,并對(duì)未來(lái)研究方向提供了一些新想法。本文根據(jù)研究結(jié)果從人員、機(jī)器、環(huán)境、組織管理的角度上提出一些對(duì)策建議,達(dá)到緩解作業(yè)疲勞和避免安全事故保障安全生產(chǎn)的目的,同時(shí)為后續(xù)學(xué)者的深入探究提供一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry has played a pillar role in the rapid growth of national economy and can be regarded as an important symbol to measure the comprehensive strength of a country. However, the accompanying security issues have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Although China's manufacturing industry is developing towards automation, mechanization and intelligence, a large number of manual operations are inevitable in actual production. As the main participants in the manufacturing process, the workers of the production line are the core factors of the complex production system, that is, the man-machine-ring management, which is subjected to the double pressures of work, such as high intensity of work, long working time, great difficulty in working, and double pressures of life and work. The adverse environment, low management level and many other factors can easily cause the workers' fatigue, which are mainly manifested in the symptoms of general soreness, negative work, mental depression, etc., resulting in workers' prone to misoperation and the decline in production efficiency. Frequent safety accidents and other serious consequences. It can be seen that occupational fatigue is an important cause of manufacturing safety problems, so it is necessary to study the influencing factors of manufacturing workers' work fatigue. In this paper, the workers in the manufacturing line are selected as the research objects. Based on the current research situation of fatigue factors at home and abroad, combined with the related theory of human factor engineering, the five index sets of the influencing factors of work fatigue are determined, respectively, which are the working personnel. Machine equipment, operation itself, work environment, organization and management, and 29 indicators are selected to construct the evaluation index system of this paper. Then, the factors influencing work fatigue were investigated by questionnaire, and the reliability and validity of the obtained data were tested. Then the structural equation model is used to study the influence mechanism of each index on the work fatigue of workers on line, and the first and second order confirmatory factor analysis and calculation are carried out. According to the analysis results, the model is constantly modified and fitted. In order to obtain a high degree of fitting relational structure model. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results, points out the limitations of the research, and provides some new ideas for the future research direction. According to the results of the research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the point of view of personnel, machinery, environment, organization and management, in order to alleviate the work fatigue and avoid the safety accidents to ensure the safety of production. At the same time for the follow-up scholars to explore the depth of a certain reference and guidance.
