【摘要】:煙葉貯存是卷煙生產(chǎn)工藝流程中的重要環(huán)節(jié),目的是使煙葉中添加的水分、料液及香料等物料得以相互滲透平衡。貯葉過程的溫濕度變化對煙葉中化學(xué)成分的變化產(chǎn)生顯著作用,從而影響香煙的感官質(zhì)量,煙葉貯存環(huán)境的溫濕度是由專用空調(diào)系統(tǒng)來調(diào)節(jié)的。目前我國煙草行業(yè)作為國家專項利稅來源,生產(chǎn)規(guī)模世界最大,但主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備自給率較低,而煙葉貯存相關(guān)技術(shù)研究的欠缺導(dǎo)致許多煙廠在煙葉貯存環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,損耗很大,因此對煙草貯房的主要控制系統(tǒng)進行理論及應(yīng)用方面的研究具有重要的實用價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在對貯葉房結(jié)構(gòu)及工藝要求充分研究的基礎(chǔ)上,,完成了基于PLC的貯葉房空調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,包括硬件的模件選型配置及電氣拖動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。 研究了貯房葉堆的溫度場建模問題,采用有限差分法對溫度場進行數(shù)值模擬計算得到了貯葉環(huán)境下煙葉溫度場分布模型。基于根據(jù)能量守恒定理和質(zhì)量守恒定理建立了空調(diào)系統(tǒng)各部分數(shù)學(xué)模型,并進行了仿真研究。 根據(jù)貯葉房溫濕度變化的規(guī)律,設(shè)計貯房空調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)模糊PID控制器。實驗結(jié)果表明所設(shè)計的控制器使系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)速度明顯加快,超調(diào)量顯著減小,穩(wěn)態(tài)誤差變小,各方面性能指標都優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的PID控制器。
[Abstract]:The storage of tobacco leaves is an important link in the process of cigarette production. The purpose is to make the moisture, liquid and spices in tobacco leaves permeate and balance each other. The changes of temperature and humidity during leaf storage have a significant effect on the changes of chemical composition in tobacco leaves, thus affecting the sensory quality of tobacco. The temperature and humidity of storage environment of tobacco leaves are regulated by special air conditioning system. At present, the tobacco industry of our country, as the national special profit and tax source, has the largest production scale in the world, but the self-sufficiency rate of the main production equipment is relatively low, and the lack of research on tobacco leaf storage related technology leads to the instability of the quality of many tobacco factories in the tobacco storage link. Therefore, it is of great practical value and practical significance to study the main control system of tobacco storage house in theory and application. Based on the study of the structure and process requirements of the vane storage house, the structure design of the air conditioning control system based on PLC is completed in this paper, including the selection and configuration of the hardware module and the design of the electric drive system. In this paper, the modeling of the temperature field of leaf stack in storage house is studied, and the temperature field distribution model of tobacco leaf under the environment of storage leaf is obtained by numerical simulation of temperature field with finite difference method. Based on the energy conservation theorem and mass conservation theorem, the mathematical models of air conditioning system are established and simulated. A fuzzy PID controller for air conditioning control system of storage house is designed according to the changing rule of temperature and humidity in storage room. The experimental results show that the designed controller accelerates the response speed of the system, decreases the overshoot and reduces the steady-state error. The performance of the controller is better than that of the traditional PID controller.
