地溫中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)變風(fēng)量智能控制應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:空調(diào)作為耗能大戶,在日常生活中廣泛應(yīng)用。在當(dāng)今大力倡導(dǎo)節(jié)能環(huán)保的時(shí)代,,進(jìn)行空調(diào)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能控制策略研究,具有明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。地溫中央空調(diào)以節(jié)能實(shí)力強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、以及優(yōu)越的價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì),在世界各國(guó)范圍內(nèi)廣泛提倡并應(yīng)用,地溫空調(diào)的熱源為地下水資源更加減少能耗。設(shè)計(jì)中在空調(diào)末端采用壓力無(wú)關(guān)型調(diào)節(jié)方式,通過(guò)改變風(fēng)量的方式滿足空氣負(fù)荷的變化。針對(duì)空調(diào)末端系統(tǒng)采用變風(fēng)量控制方式,進(jìn)一步達(dá)到節(jié)能的效果。 空調(diào)系統(tǒng)采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制方式,基于PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù),構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化地溫空調(diào)系統(tǒng)方案,增加系統(tǒng)可靠性,使操作簡(jiǎn)單,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)。凸顯智能化。主站采用西門子S7-300,從站采用LETC控制房間溫度,主站與從站之間采用PROFIBUS-DP進(jìn)行通訊,上位機(jī)監(jiān)控與主站之間的通信協(xié)議為MPI。采用WINCC作為其監(jiān)控軟件,硬件的設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采集的信號(hào),分析現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備型號(hào),并完成模塊選型,軟件設(shè)計(jì)主流程,并將模糊智能控制算法在實(shí)驗(yàn)室仿真模擬。 在變風(fēng)量末端房間溫度控制系統(tǒng)中,針對(duì)溫度的時(shí)變、大慣性、非線性、滯后等問(wèn)題,本文先后設(shè)計(jì)模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制器、Smith預(yù)估補(bǔ)償控制器,最后結(jié)合兩種控制算法,改進(jìn)型Smith預(yù)估智能控制器的設(shè)計(jì)組合解決了溫度滯后、參數(shù)時(shí)變帶來(lái)不穩(wěn)定的問(wèn)題,改進(jìn)型Smith預(yù)估補(bǔ)償器克服了模型不匹配、容易受到外界干擾等問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能化。通過(guò)仿真研究,結(jié)果顯示,系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)快,良好的穩(wěn)定效果,有較強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性。并在實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行溫度控制的模擬運(yùn)行,達(dá)到了較好的控制效果。為實(shí)現(xiàn)智能建筑領(lǐng)域節(jié)能環(huán)保進(jìn)行有益探索。
[Abstract]:Air conditioning, as a large energy user, is widely used in daily life. In the era of energy saving and environmental protection, it is of great economic significance to study the energy saving control strategy of air conditioning system. Ground temperature central air conditioning is widely advocated and applied in the world because of its strong energy saving, strong adaptability and superior price advantages. The heat source of ground temperature air conditioning is groundwater resources to reduce energy consumption. In the design, the air load is changed by changing the air volume by adopting the pressure independent adjustment mode at the end of the air conditioning system. The variable air volume control method is adopted in the air conditioning terminal system to achieve the effect of energy saving. Based on the technology of PROFIBUS field bus, the network ground temperature air conditioning system is constructed in the air conditioning system with network control mode, which increases the reliability of the system, makes the operation simple and can realize the networking of multiple computers. Highlight intelligence. The main station adopts Siemens S7-300, the slave station uses LETC to control the room temperature, the master station communicates with the slave station by PROFIBUS-DP, and the communication protocol between the host computer and the master station is MPI. The WINCC is used as the monitoring software, the hardware design is aimed at the signal collected from the system, the model of the field equipment is analyzed, the module selection is completed, the software is designed, and the fuzzy intelligent control algorithm is simulated in the laboratory. In the variable air volume end room temperature control system, aiming at the time-varying, large inertia, nonlinear, lag and other problems of temperature, this paper successively designs a fuzzy adaptive PID controller Smith predictor compensation controller, and finally combines two control algorithms. The design and combination of the improved Smith predictive intelligent controller solves the problem of temperature lag and the instability caused by the time-varying parameters. The improved Smith predictor overcomes the problems of model mismatch and is easy to be disturbed by the outside world. The simulation results show that the system has fast dynamic response, good stability and strong adaptability. The simulation of temperature control is carried out in the laboratory, and good control effect is achieved. In order to realize the intelligent building field energy conservation and environmental protection to carry on the beneficial exploration.
