高溫高濕環(huán)境下彈藥儲運(yùn)包裝溫濕度研究

【摘要】:目的為確保彈藥的儲存質(zhì)量與安全運(yùn)輸,對高溫高濕環(huán)境下的彈藥儲運(yùn)包裝進(jìn)行研究。方法采用溫濕度理論分析和數(shù)據(jù)擬合,從包裝屬性和環(huán)境濕度變化規(guī)律出發(fā),研究彈藥儲運(yùn)質(zhì)量和使用可靠性與環(huán)境溫濕度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果南方高溫高濕地區(qū)彈藥集裝需考慮各種外部環(huán)境影響,可得到其內(nèi)部溫度變化模型。通過計(jì)算可得箱體包裝的內(nèi)部溫度達(dá)到70.77℃,可將某地的彈藥包裝箱體內(nèi)部最高溫度定為75℃。結(jié)論彈藥儲運(yùn)環(huán)境溫濕度過高或過低是促使彈藥質(zhì)量變化的主要因素,環(huán)境溫濕度過高或過低都會加速彈藥各部件及材料老化。
[Abstract]:To ensure the storage quality and safe transportation of ammunition, the storage and transportation packaging of ammunition under high temperature and high humidity was studied. Methods based on the theoretical analysis of temperature and humidity and the fitting of data, the relationship between the quality and reliability of ammunition storage and transportation and the environment temperature and humidity was studied. Results in the southern high temperature and high humidity area, the internal temperature change model of ammunition can be obtained by considering all kinds of external environmental effects.
