【摘要】:采用基于動(dòng)網(wǎng)格的流固耦合分析方法,建立了液壓滑閥開啟過程的三維動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)值分析模型,計(jì)算閥芯在驅(qū)動(dòng)力、流體力和彈簧力共同作用下的運(yùn)動(dòng)分布、應(yīng)力變化和形變。結(jié)果表明:提供一種分析液壓滑閥開啟過程的數(shù)值仿真方法,閥芯在開啟完畢達(dá)到穩(wěn)態(tài)后仍有小幅振動(dòng);閥芯的徑向形變主要發(fā)生在閥桿上,且變形量隨時(shí)間產(chǎn)生小幅波動(dòng);閥芯由于油液的沖擊在入口處產(chǎn)生較大變形并在臺(tái)肩與閥桿連接處產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力集中,采用CFD方法得到的液壓滑閥運(yùn)動(dòng)分布、應(yīng)力變化、形變和理論值的誤差在可以接受的范圍內(nèi),證明了仿真的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Based on the fluid solid coupling analysis method based on dynamic grid, a three-dimensional dynamic numerical analysis model of the opening process of the hydraulic valve is established. The movement distribution, the stress change and the deformation of the valve core under the action of driving force, fluid force and spring force are calculated. The results show that a numerical simulation method for the opening process of the hydraulic slide valve is provided, and the valve core is provided. There is still a small amplitude vibration after the opening up to the steady state; the radial deformation of the valve core mainly occurs on the stem, and the deformation amount fluctuates with the time. The valve core produces a large deformation at the entrance due to the oil shock and produces stress concentration at the joint of the shoulder and the stem, and the distribution of the hydraulic slide valve is obtained by the CFD method, and the stress changes are changed. The accuracy of the simulation is proved to be acceptable within the acceptable range.
