制造車間基于RFID與CEP的工件實時監(jiān)測

【摘要】:為解決智慧制造車間工件異常情況的實時監(jiān)測問題,以及追蹤工件加工過程的軌跡,提出基于RFID與復雜事件處理的實時監(jiān)測方法.基于信息物理融合系統(tǒng)理念構建智慧制造車間的感知環(huán)境和定義各類事件模型,采用基于SMURF的綜合方法清洗RFID數(shù)據(jù),應用復雜事件處理技術監(jiān)聽工件的異常情況,并形成工件實時狀態(tài)矩陣.仿真實驗證明,該系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)預期功能,為智慧制造車間的主動調(diào)度提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:A real-time monitoring method based on RFID and complex event processing is proposed to solve the problem of real-time monitoring of workpiece anomalies in intelligent manufacturing workshop and to track the track of workpiece machining process. Based on the concept of information physics fusion system, the perceptual environment of intelligent manufacturing workshop is constructed and all kinds of event models are defined. The RFID data are cleaned by comprehensive method based on SMURF, and the abnormal situation of workpiece is monitored by complex event processing technology. And form the real-time state matrix of the workpiece. The simulation results show that the system can achieve the expected function and provide the basis for active scheduling of intelligent manufacturing workshop.
