陣元失效對(duì)超聲陣列換能器的影響及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:超聲陣列換能器單個(gè)或多個(gè)陣元的振動(dòng)效率、幾何尺寸等參數(shù)的改變,會(huì)影響整個(gè)陣列的聲場(chǎng)分布等性能參數(shù),降低超聲檢測(cè)的分辨率及相應(yīng)的檢測(cè)效果.基于陣列換能器聲壓分布理論,利用自適應(yīng)算法,從陣元激勵(lì)的角度,探討陣列超聲換能器陣元激勵(lì)的優(yōu)化方法,消除陣元失效的影響.研究結(jié)果表明,利用聲場(chǎng)分布空間中有限數(shù)量的優(yōu)化參考點(diǎn),經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)激勵(lì)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,可以使有陣元失效陣列的整個(gè)聲場(chǎng)分布、指向性及聚焦特性等性能指標(biāo)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)無(wú)陣元失效陣列的基本一致,達(dá)到期望的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聲場(chǎng)分布的參數(shù)指標(biāo),大大降低超聲檢測(cè)設(shè)備的應(yīng)用成本,提高檢測(cè)效果.
[Abstract]:The change of vibration efficiency and geometric size of single or multiple array elements of ultrasonic array transducer will affect the sound field distribution and other performance parameters of the whole array, and reduce the resolution of ultrasonic detection and the corresponding detection effect. Based on the theory of acoustic pressure distribution of array transducers, the optimization method of array ultrasonic transducer array element excitation is discussed from the angle of array element excitation by using adaptive algorithm to eliminate the effect of array element failure. The results show that by using the finite number of optimal reference points in the sound field distribution space and by optimizing the excitation parameters, the whole sound field distribution of the array with array failure can be made. The performance indexes such as directivity and focusing characteristics are basically the same as those of the standard non-array element failure array, which reach the expected parameter index of the standard sound field distribution, greatly reduce the application cost of ultrasonic testing equipment and improve the detection effect.
