機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)相似度評價(jià)及可靠性預(yù)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:在用傳統(tǒng)的相似產(chǎn)品法進(jìn)行可靠性預(yù)計(jì)時(shí),所選取的相似產(chǎn)品與評價(jià)對象之間差異較大,會造成預(yù)計(jì)結(jié)果的偏差較大。為解決這一問題,提出了一種基于"功能—運(yùn)動—?jiǎng)幼?結(jié)構(gòu)化分解的可靠性預(yù)計(jì)新方法。通過明確產(chǎn)品的各大運(yùn)動功能建立功能層,分析完成各功能的機(jī)械部件運(yùn)動建立運(yùn)動層,確定實(shí)現(xiàn)各機(jī)械部件運(yùn)動的元?jiǎng)幼鬟\(yùn)動單元建立元?jiǎng)幼鲗?建立了可靠性預(yù)計(jì)的"功能—運(yùn)動—元?jiǎng)幼鬟\(yùn)動單元"層次模型。引入?yún)^(qū)間層次分析法,確定了"功能—運(yùn)動—元?jiǎng)幼鬟\(yùn)動單元"層次模型中各子代運(yùn)動單元對父代運(yùn)動單元的可靠性影響權(quán)重,并構(gòu)建了由子代運(yùn)動單元預(yù)計(jì)父代運(yùn)動單元可靠性的數(shù)學(xué)模型。確定影響評價(jià)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)相似度的因素,構(gòu)建了區(qū)間數(shù)綜合評判云模型并選取與元?jiǎng)幼鬟\(yùn)動單元相似的參考結(jié)構(gòu),以區(qū)間數(shù)綜合評價(jià)云模型得出的相似度值修正參考結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性數(shù)據(jù)來預(yù)計(jì)元?jiǎng)幼鬟\(yùn)動單元的可靠性。將元?jiǎng)幼鬟\(yùn)動單元的可靠性預(yù)計(jì)值代入數(shù)學(xué)模型,層層預(yù)計(jì)父代運(yùn)動單元的可靠性,從而得出整個(gè)產(chǎn)品的可靠性水平。最后以數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)臺為例進(jìn)行了分析,得出了可靠性預(yù)計(jì)值,并將該方法與傳統(tǒng)方法進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,新的可靠性預(yù)計(jì)方法具有較好的可行性和較高的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:When using the traditional similar product method to predict the reliability, the difference between the selected similar product and the evaluation object is great, which will result in a large deviation of the predicted result. In order to solve this problem, a new reliability prediction method based on structured decomposition of "function-motion-action" is proposed. By defining the functional layer of each major moving function of the product, analyzing the movement of each functional mechanical part to establish the motion layer, determining the meta-action unit to realize the movement of each mechanical component to establish the meta-action layer, A hierarchical model of function-motion-meta-motion unit for reliability prediction is established. By introducing the interval Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the influence weight of each generation motion unit on the reliability of the parent motion unit in the "Function-Movement-Meta-Action Motion Unit" hierarchical model is determined. A mathematical model for predicting the reliability of parent kinematic units is constructed. The factors affecting the similarity of mechanical structures are determined, and the interval number comprehensive evaluation cloud model is constructed, and the reference structure similar to the meta-action motion unit is selected. The reliability of the meta-action motion unit is predicted by modifying the reliability data of the reference structure with the interval number synthetically evaluating the similarity value obtained from the cloud model. The reliability prediction value of the meta-action motion unit is substituted into the mathematical model, and the reliability of the parent motion unit is predicted layer by layer, thus the reliability level of the whole product is obtained. Finally, the numerical control turntable is analyzed as an example, the reliability prediction value is obtained, and the method is compared with the traditional method. The results show that the new reliability prediction method is feasible and accurate.
