管道輸油泵流體噪聲模擬及泵噪聲測試方法

【摘要】:為了分析輸油泵的泵內(nèi)部流體噪聲及泵外部噪聲的發(fā)生規(guī)律,對泵內(nèi)流體聲學的模擬方法以及泵噪聲測試的試驗方法進行研究.基于CFD/CA工具對聲學數(shù)值模擬進行流場與聲場間的耦合計算,對流動誘導噪聲的聲場傳播規(guī)律進行求解,分析了回流或空化現(xiàn)象發(fā)生時的流動噪聲聲壓級變化和頻域特征.研究發(fā)現(xiàn)泵內(nèi)未發(fā)生空化前,流動誘導噪聲的頻譜呈離散型,集中在低頻區(qū),并在高頻時快速衰減,隨著空化系數(shù)逐漸變小,葉輪與導葉之間的動靜干涉作用成為泵內(nèi)誘導噪聲的主因.而試驗測試是基于四端網(wǎng)絡(luò)法,針對不同工況下的流動誘導噪聲進行試驗研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)泵噪聲主要和泵流量有關(guān),而泵機組噪聲主要和泵運行工況有關(guān).
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the internal fluid noise and the external noise of the pump, the simulation method of the fluid acoustics in the pump and the testing method of the pump noise are studied. The coupling calculation between flow field and sound field of acoustic numerical simulation is carried out based on CFD/CA tool. The sound field propagation law of flow-induced noise is solved, and the variation of sound pressure level and the characteristics of frequency domain of flowing noise when the phenomenon of backflow or cavitation occurs are analyzed. It is found that before cavitation occurs in the pump, the frequency spectrum of flow-induced noise is discrete, concentrated in the low-frequency region, and rapidly attenuates at high frequency, and decreases with the cavitation coefficient. The static and static interference between impeller and guide vane is the main cause of induced noise in pump. The test is based on the four-terminal network method. The results show that the pump noise is mainly related to the pump flow rate, while the pump unit noise is mainly related to the pump operating condition.
