全自動(dòng)袋式包裝生產(chǎn)線規(guī)格的柔性設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目的以袋式包裝生產(chǎn)線為對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)一條全自動(dòng)袋式包裝柔性生產(chǎn)線。方法將包裝生產(chǎn)線劃分為料倉、定量下料裝置、包裝材料放卷裝置、真空熱封合裝置、切分裝置、放袋裝置、自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)器、PLC程序控制及人機(jī)界面,并對(duì)各裝置進(jìn)行柔性化設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)果形成了一條全自動(dòng)袋式包裝柔性生產(chǎn)線,并運(yùn)用可靠性預(yù)計(jì)方法得出生產(chǎn)線的平均無故障工作時(shí)間為1164 h,滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需求。結(jié)論該生產(chǎn)線具有較強(qiáng)的靈活性和節(jié)約性,對(duì)縮短產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期、降低生產(chǎn)成本、快速響應(yīng)客戶需求、實(shí)現(xiàn)敏捷生產(chǎn)具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a fully automatic bag packaging flexible production line. Methods the packaging production line was divided into material bin, quantitative feeding device, packing material unwinding device, vacuum heat sealing device, cutting device, bag releasing device, automatic counter PLC program control and man-machine interface, and the flexible design of each device was carried out. Results A fully automatic bag packing flexible production line was formed, and the average failure free working time of the production line was 1164 h by using reliability prediction method, which met the actual production demand. Conclusion the production line has strong flexibility and economy, which is of great significance to shorten the production cycle, reduce the production cost, respond to customer demand quickly and realize agile production.
