【摘要】：目的開(kāi)發(fā)一套瓷質(zhì)焊接襯墊全自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線,以降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)壓力,提高生產(chǎn)效率。方法基于襯墊的物性,采用輸送帶分隔提升,消除瓷質(zhì)焊接襯墊多塊重疊問(wèn)題;利用模式識(shí)別技術(shù),提出輸送帶上8種姿態(tài)的瓷質(zhì)焊接襯墊的外形識(shí)別方法;根據(jù)輥盤劃線原理,提出瓷質(zhì)焊接襯墊組中心線繪制的工藝方法。結(jié)果將20塊同向瓷質(zhì)焊接襯墊有序排列且粘貼在基材上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了襯墊組粘貼的自動(dòng)化。結(jié)論通過(guò)對(duì)瓷質(zhì)焊襯墊包裝技術(shù)的研究,提出了外形復(fù)雜且同向排序的工藝方法。
[Abstract]:Objective To develop a full automatic packing production line of porcelain welding liner to reduce the production pressure and improve the production efficiency . The method is based on the physical properties of the liner , adopts belt separation and lifting , and eliminates the problem of multi - block overlapping of the porcelain welding pad .
