大型冷庫內(nèi)溫度場的數(shù)值模擬與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以典型大型冷庫作為研究對象,對冷庫內(nèi)外環(huán)境(包括空氣幕在內(nèi))進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值建模,并利用計算流體力學(xué)軟件對冷庫內(nèi)溫度場進(jìn)行模擬研究,并將計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。通過對結(jié)果分析可得:在穩(wěn)態(tài)條件下,庫內(nèi)流場溫度雖達(dá)到了要求的范圍,但堆垛貨物附近的溫度場分布并不均勻,貨物之間與庫內(nèi)其他區(qū)域存在著較明顯的溫差;在非穩(wěn)態(tài)條件下,空氣幕的送風(fēng)速度對溫度場的影響很大,當(dāng)送風(fēng)速度為8m/s時,庫內(nèi)溫度場的波動較小,空氣幕性能較好。在該基礎(chǔ)上提出了今后可進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化的建議:改變庫內(nèi)空氣的流動方式,改變貨物的堆垛方式,降低貨物堆垛高度,對影響空氣幕性能的其他參數(shù)進(jìn)行研究優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Taking the typical large cold storage as the research object, the three-dimensional numerical modeling of the inside and outside environment (including air curtain) of the cold storage is carried out, and the temperature field in the cold storage is simulated by the computational fluid dynamics software. The calculated results are verified by experiments. Through the analysis of the results, it can be concluded that although the temperature of the flow field in the reservoir reaches the required range under the steady state condition, the distribution of the temperature field near the stacking cargo is not uniform, and there is a more obvious temperature difference between the goods and other areas in the reservoir; Under the unsteady condition, the velocity of air curtain has a great influence on the temperature field. When the velocity of air supply is 8m/s, the fluctuation of temperature field is small and the performance of air curtain is better. On this basis, some suggestions for further optimization are put forward: changing the flow mode of air in the storehouse, changing the stacking mode of the goods, reducing the stacking height of the cargo, and optimizing the other parameters that affect the performance of the air curtain.
