超聲剪切波成像對(duì)肝臟裂傷的仿真檢測(cè)

【摘要】:超聲剪切波成像技術(shù)通過檢測(cè)剪切波傳播實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)軟組織的彈性測(cè)量。探索使用超聲剪切波成像技術(shù)結(jié)合方向?yàn)V波算法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)肝臟裂傷檢測(cè)的可行性。通過COMSOL Multiphysics軟件仿真剪切波的產(chǎn)生和在有裂傷肝臟內(nèi)部的傳播,用方向?yàn)V波分離入射波和破裂處反射波,并用邊緣檢測(cè)算法對(duì)裂傷進(jìn)行定位和邊緣檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示方向?yàn)V波和邊緣檢測(cè)算法能夠檢測(cè)肝裂傷位置和迎向入射波一側(cè)邊緣,誤差1%。超聲剪切波成像結(jié)合方向?yàn)V波技術(shù)可以避免彈性重構(gòu)中對(duì)逆問題的求解,對(duì)于超聲信噪比低的情況和作為輔助影像學(xué)工具提高鈍性肝臟外傷的超聲診斷靈敏性方面具有應(yīng)用潛力。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic shear wave imaging can measure the elasticity of soft tissue by detecting the propagation of shear wave. To explore the feasibility of detecting liver laceration using ultrasonic shear wave imaging combined with directional filtering algorithm. COMSOL Multiphysics software is used to simulate the generation of shear wave and propagation in the liver with laceration. The incident wave and the reflected wave are separated by directional filtering, and the edge detection algorithm is used to locate and detect the crack. The results show that the directional filtering and edge detection algorithms can detect the location of the liver laceration and the side edge of the incident wave with an error of 1. Ultrasonic shear wave imaging combined with directional filtering can avoid solving inverse problems in elastic reconstruction. It has potential application in low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of ultrasound and as an auxiliary imaging tool to improve the diagnostic sensitivity of blunt liver trauma.
