起吊設(shè)備監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)減振結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:根據(jù)起吊設(shè)備實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況,結(jié)合振動(dòng)控制原理,設(shè)計(jì)了起吊設(shè)備監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)的減振結(jié)構(gòu)——BS組合防振懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)振動(dòng)分析和計(jì)算確定了各元件的參數(shù),并進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真;論文最后對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的減振結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)檢測(cè)和分析試驗(yàn)。仿真分析及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文所設(shè)計(jì)的防振結(jié)構(gòu),能夠很好的適應(yīng)工程實(shí)際中起吊設(shè)備監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,隔振效果良好。
[Abstract]:According to the actual application of the lifting equipment and the principle of vibration control, the vibration damping structure of the monitoring system of the lifting equipment - BS combination anti vibration suspension structure is designed. The parameters of each component are determined by the vibration analysis and calculation, and the dynamic simulation is carried out. Finally, the vibration detection and analysis of the designed damping structure are carried out. The simulation analysis and test results show that the anti vibration structure designed in this paper can be well adapted to the application of the monitoring system of the lifting equipment in the engineering practice, and the vibration isolation effect is good.
