吸附條件下二元冰制備

【摘要】:搭建了真空制冰動(dòng)態(tài)特性實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),在相同起始溫度、預(yù)設(shè)壓力下改變噴射流量,通過(guò)對(duì)閃蒸室內(nèi)溫度、壓力等參數(shù)的采集,分析了流量及固體吸附模塊對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)二元冰制備過(guò)程的影響。研究表明流量越大平衡態(tài)壓力越低,平衡時(shí)閃蒸室內(nèi)溫度基本不變,維持在0℃左右;通過(guò)對(duì)含冰率的測(cè)定發(fā)現(xiàn)過(guò)高流速并不利于冰晶的生成,較低噴射速度下成冰率相對(duì)較高;吸附條件下易形成動(dòng)態(tài)平衡環(huán)境,且更有助于維持較低的平衡壓力。
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of vacuum ice making were set up, the spray flow rate was changed under the same initial temperature and preset pressure, and the parameters such as temperature and pressure in the flash room were collected. The effects of flow rate and solid adsorption module on the preparation of dynamic binary ice were analyzed. The results show that the higher the flow rate, the lower the equilibrium pressure, the temperature of the flash room is almost unchanged, and the ice content is measured at about 0 鈩,
