應(yīng)用人機工效的工具臺布局優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:由于混合裝配系統(tǒng)(Mixed-Model Assembly Systems,MMAS)中種類繁多的裝配零件/裝配用工具沒有合理的布局標準,且很少考慮工人的生理特性和認知習慣,提出基于人機工效的裝配零件/裝配用工具的布局優(yōu)化方案。重點研究了單層布局、雙層布局及各層裝配零件/裝配用工具的分離布局,以及對應(yīng)裝配零件/裝配用工具的混合布局等影響因素。通過鼠標對裝配零件/裝配用工具進行點擊抓取,移動至裝配位置,記錄過程操作時間。結(jié)果表明:雙層布局中,較難觀察的零件擺放在最佳視區(qū)時人的操作時間最短,裝配效率最高;而單層布局中,處于最佳視區(qū)的裝配零件/裝配用工具對應(yīng)混合布局的裝配效率次之。最后,以某發(fā)動機的裝配仿真實驗驗證了以上實驗結(jié)論的合理性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Because there are many kinds of assembly parts / assembly tools in Mixed-Model Assembly systems / assembly system, there is no reasonable layout standard, and the physiological characteristics and cognitive habits of workers are seldom considered. The layout optimization scheme of assembly parts / assembly tools based on ergonomics is proposed. The influence factors such as single layer layout, double layer layout, separate layout of assembly parts / tools for each layer, and mixed layout of corresponding assembly parts / assembly tools were studied. Click and grab the assembly parts / assembly tools by mouse, move to the assembly position and record the operation time. The results show that the parts that are difficult to observe in the double-layer layout have the shortest operating time and the highest assembly efficiency when placed in the best view area, while in the single-layer layout, The assembly efficiency of the assembly parts / assembly tools in the best view area corresponding to the mixed layout is second. Finally, the rationality and validity of the above conclusions are verified by the simulation of an engine assembly.
