微細(xì)通道內(nèi)R290流動(dòng)沸騰換熱特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)R290制冷劑在微細(xì)通道內(nèi)的流動(dòng)沸騰換熱特性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。研究管徑分別為1和2 mm,熱流密度為20~65 k W/m~2,質(zhì)量流率為100~200 kg/m~2·s,飽和溫度為15和25℃,干度范圍為0.1~0.9。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析管徑、熱流密度、質(zhì)量流率、飽和溫度對(duì)流動(dòng)沸騰換熱的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著管徑的下降,換熱系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)出大幅上升的趨勢(shì),其平均增幅為31%;隨著熱流密度的上升,換熱系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)出大幅上升的趨勢(shì),其平均增幅達(dá)到了131%;隨著質(zhì)量流率的上升,換熱系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)出小幅上升的趨勢(shì),其平均增幅為14%;隨著飽和溫度的上升,大部分換熱系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)出小幅上升的趨勢(shì),其平均增幅為12.6%。
