【摘要】：將保利久聯(lián)高精度JR數(shù)碼電子雷管用于貴州省晴隆縣某露天礦山開采試驗,并與塑料導爆管雷管的爆破振動和爆破塊度進行對比分析,結果表明,在露天礦爆破中采用高精度JR數(shù)碼電子雷管比塑料導爆管雷管爆破質點振動速度峰值降低了28.76%,振動主頻提升了47.30%;爆破塊度方面0~20cm增加了17.44%、20~40cm降低了7.23%、40~60cm降低14.97%、60~80cm降低19.02%。采用JR數(shù)碼電子雷管能有效減小爆破振動危害,降低了爆破大塊率,提高現(xiàn)場挖掘和裝載效率,減少二次破碎,保證了工期,進而使得整體施工成本得以降低,確保了整體的經濟效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the JR digital electronic detonator with high precision is used in mining test of an open pit mine in Qinglong County, Guizhou Province. The blasting vibration and blasting fragmentation of plastic detonator are compared and analyzed. The results show that, In opencast blasting, the peak vibration velocity of blasting particle with high precision Jr digital detonator is reduced by 28.76 and the main frequency of vibration is increased by 47.300.The 0~20cm of blasting block is increased by 17.4444 / 2040cm and reduced by 7.2340/ 40/ 60cm and 14.976080cm / 14.9760cm and 19.02cm, respectively. The use of Jr digital electronic detonator can effectively reduce the damage of blasting vibration, reduce the rate of blasting chunks, improve the efficiency of excavating and loading on site, reduce the secondary breakage, ensure the construction period, and thus reduce the overall construction cost. The overall economic benefits are ensured.
