【摘要】:耐冷媒聚對(duì)苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)材料是專供于冰箱、空調(diào)壓縮機(jī)、制冷機(jī)行業(yè)的一類特殊材料。不同于普通的增強(qiáng)PBT材料,應(yīng)用于該行業(yè)的PBT材料有其特殊的性能要求,其中最重要的是其耐冷媒析出性能。從配方與擠出工藝兩個(gè)方面出發(fā),系統(tǒng)地研究了樹脂、玻纖、抗氧劑、添加劑、擠出溫度、螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速等因素對(duì)PBT材料析出量的影響。
[Abstract]:Poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) is a special material for refrigerators, air conditioners and refrigerators. Unlike the common reinforced PBT materials, the PBT materials used in this industry have their special performance requirements, the most important of which is their refrigerant precipitation resistance. The effects of resin, glass fiber, antioxidant, additive, extrusion temperature and screw speed on the precipitation of PBT materials were studied systematically from two aspects of formulation and extrusion process.
