基于混合博弈的產(chǎn)品多學(xué)科柔性設(shè)計(jì)決策

【摘要】:針對(duì)產(chǎn)品多學(xué)科多目標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)決策問(wèn)題,給出了一種融合博弈論和柔性機(jī)制進(jìn)行建模和求解的方法。通過(guò)混合博弈來(lái)表征學(xué)科之間及目標(biāo)之間的耦合關(guān)系,提出了混合博弈模型框架及求解方法?紤]到不確定性和變化的影響,為使產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)決策具有柔性,引入性能水平滿意度函數(shù)來(lái)柔性表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)要求,并尋求設(shè)計(jì)變量的柔性范圍解來(lái)替代固定值的點(diǎn)解,從而增加產(chǎn)品的柔性;柔性范圍解處于可行設(shè)計(jì)空間內(nèi),使各學(xué)科性能處于滿意水平并靠近期望值,且具有較好的穩(wěn)定性。利用概率分布對(duì)相應(yīng)的性能變化進(jìn)行建模,引入設(shè)計(jì)偏好指數(shù)對(duì)柔性設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后通過(guò)減速器算例的設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)驗(yàn)證該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the design decision problem of multi-disciplinary and multi-objective products, a method of modeling and solving by combining game theory and flexible mechanism is presented. This paper presents a hybrid game model framework and its solution method by using mixed game to represent the coupling relationship between disciplines and objectives. Considering the influence of uncertainty and change, in order to make the product design decision flexible, the performance level satisfaction function is introduced to express the design requirements flexibly, and the flexible range solution of the design variable is sought to replace the point solution of fixed value. Thus the flexibility of the product is increased and the flexible range solution is in the feasible design space, which makes the performance of various disciplines at the satisfactory level and close to the expected value, and has good stability. The probability distribution is used to model the corresponding performance changes and the design preference index is introduced to evaluate the flexible design scheme. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by the design of a reducer.
