【摘要】:研究了在兩階段氫氣還原法生產(chǎn)鉬粉的過(guò)程中還原溫度、料層厚度等已達(dá)到設(shè)備極限的情況下,通過(guò)提高一段還原氫氣露點(diǎn)以繼續(xù)提高鉬粉粒度的可行性。結(jié)果表明,露點(diǎn)從-20℃提高到20℃后,鉬粉顆粒的微觀形貌仍基本呈近球形,且團(tuán)聚程度更低,小顆粒更少;激光粒度分布與費(fèi)氏粒度結(jié)果均顯示鉬粉的粒度有明顯提高。
