氧化淀粉基復(fù)合材料的制備及力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:為提高淀粉基復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能,采用對原生淀粉進(jìn)行氧化改性,通過模壓發(fā)泡工藝制備了氧化淀粉基復(fù)合材料(OS復(fù)合材料)。力學(xué)測試結(jié)果表明,OS復(fù)合材料在力學(xué)性能方面有很大程度的提升,且最佳氧化比為m(淀粉)∶m(H_2O_2)=10∶1.5。此時拉伸強度為3.05 MPa,壓縮強度6.724 MPa,與原生淀粉基復(fù)合材料相比分別提高21.03%、14.65%,緩沖性能最佳;其壓縮強度明顯優(yōu)于聚苯乙烯發(fā)泡塑料(EPS),緩沖系數(shù)與EPS接近。為揭示性能變化的內(nèi)在機理,通過紅外光譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn),氧化過程使得淀粉內(nèi)部官能基團改變,形成更強的氫鍵,與劍麻纖維的結(jié)合更緊固;通過X射線衍射分析得到,淀粉氧化改性后,結(jié)晶度降低,內(nèi)部形成更均勻的相,裸露的支鏈增多,其與劍麻纖維結(jié)合得更好。為探究復(fù)合材料的界面結(jié)合情況,采用掃描電鏡觀察,圖像顯示OS復(fù)合材料內(nèi)部生成了較好的泡孔結(jié)構(gòu),并且其淀粉基質(zhì)均勻地附著在纖維的表面,淀粉和纖維形成了很好的結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the mechanical properties of starch matrix composites, the oxidized starch matrix composites were prepared by moulding and foaming process. The results of mechanical tests show that the mechanical properties of the composite are greatly improved, and the optimum oxidation ratio is 10: 1.5. The tensile strength is 3.05 MPA and the compression strength is 6.724 MPA. Compared with the original starch matrix composites, the tensile strength is increased by 21.03% and 14.65%, respectively, and the cushioning property is the best. The compressive strength of the composites is obviously better than that of polystyrene foamed plastics, and the buffering coefficient is close to that of EPS. In order to reveal the intrinsic mechanism of the property change, it was found by infrared spectroscopy that the oxidation process changed the functional groups inside the starch, formed a stronger hydrogen bond and fastened the bond with sisal fiber. After oxidative modification of starch, the crystallinity decreased, more homogeneous phase was formed inside, and the exposed branching chain increased, which combined better with sisal fiber. In order to investigate the interfacial bonding of the composite, the images showed that the porous structure of the composite was well formed, and the starch matrix was uniformly attached to the surface of the fiber. Starch and fiber form a good combination.
