【摘要】：數(shù)字化時(shí)代的到來(lái),交互界面設(shè)計(jì)研究進(jìn)行的如火如荼,pc端界面設(shè)計(jì)、移動(dòng)端界面設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了 "登峰造極"的地步。然而,對(duì)于機(jī)床產(chǎn)品數(shù)字操控系統(tǒng)交互界面的設(shè)計(jì)并未跟上,導(dǎo)致了生產(chǎn)設(shè)備界面設(shè)計(jì)落后,嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)于當(dāng)今互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的界面設(shè)計(jì)水平,與生產(chǎn)用工業(yè)機(jī)床功能設(shè)計(jì)、造型設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)代水平不匹配。而且,從一定程度上來(lái)說(shuō),落后的操控系統(tǒng)界面設(shè)計(jì)影響了機(jī)床的操作效率、用戶體驗(yàn),使產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足。因此,研究精梳機(jī)數(shù)字操控系統(tǒng),從人性化的角度出發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)出信息傳達(dá)性好、工作效率高、用戶體驗(yàn)完美的數(shù)字操控界面是本文的重點(diǎn)。本文結(jié)合界面設(shè)計(jì)的一般概念、美學(xué)法則,運(yùn)用了美學(xué)、心理學(xué)、認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、人機(jī)工程學(xué)等多方面的系統(tǒng)理論知識(shí),說(shuō)明了人、機(jī)、環(huán)境構(gòu)成系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性,根據(jù)精梳機(jī)數(shù)字操控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行了構(gòu)成要素、界面美學(xué)、用戶審美心理、界面信息傳達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)、界面可用性設(shè)計(jì)幾個(gè)方面的設(shè)計(jì)與研究工作,得出一套具有指導(dǎo)性意義的界面設(shè)計(jì)理論成果和一套符合理論研究成果的精梳機(jī)數(shù)字操控系統(tǒng)界面視覺設(shè)計(jì)方案。本文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹界面的概念,再引入數(shù)控機(jī)床人機(jī)界面,使讀者對(duì)界面及其特征有一個(gè)概括的了解;其次,通過(guò)對(duì)構(gòu)成元素、空間布局、色彩、美學(xué)、用戶審美心理的分析,指明界面視覺設(shè)計(jì)的具體方法;再通過(guò)認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、人機(jī)工程學(xué)的研究,解決了美學(xué)與信息傳達(dá)、交互功效之間的沖突問(wèn)題;最后,文章建立在現(xiàn)有理論基礎(chǔ)之上,依照現(xiàn)有理論進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo),產(chǎn)出精梳機(jī)數(shù)字操控系統(tǒng)界面。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the digital age, the interface design of the PC terminal has been carried out in full swing, and the interface design of the mobile side has entered the stage of "reaching the top".However, the design of the interactive interface of the digital control system for machine tools has not kept up with the design, which leads to the backward design of the interface of the production equipment, which is seriously disconnected from the level of the interface design in the present Internet era, and the functional design of the industrial machine tools used in production.The age level of styling design does not match.Moreover, to a certain extent, the backward interface design of the control system affects the operating efficiency and user experience of the machine tools, and makes the products less competitive.Therefore, it is the focus of this paper to study the digital control system of combing machine and design the digital control interface with good information transmission, high working efficiency and perfect user experience from the point of view of humanization.Based on the general concepts and principles of interface design, this paper uses the systematic knowledge of aesthetics, psychology, cognitive psychology, ergonomics and so on to illustrate the complexity of the system composed of human, machine and environment.According to the characteristics of the digital control system of the Comber, the design and research work of the components, the aesthetics of the interface, the aesthetic psychology of the user, the design of the communication of the interface information, the design of the usability of the interface are carried out.A set of instructive theoretical results of interface design and a set of visual design scheme of the interface of the digital control system of combing machine are obtained.This paper first introduces the concept of interface, then introduces the man-machine interface of CNC machine tools to make readers have a general understanding of the interface and its characteristics, secondly, through the analysis of the elements, space layout, color, aesthetics, and the aesthetic psychology of the user.Through the research of cognitive psychology and ergonomics, it solves the conflict between aesthetics and information communication, interaction effect. Finally, the article is based on the existing theory.According to the existing theory of design guidance, the output of the Comber digital control system interface.
