相控陣井壁成像儀高壓電源紋波噪聲抑制研究

【摘要】:針對超聲相控陣井壁成像儀工作環(huán)境惡劣以及超聲脈沖發(fā)射所需高壓電源紋波噪聲對超聲回波信號干擾大的問題,提出一種高溫環(huán)境下高壓電源紋波噪聲抑制方法并進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析。本方法綜合開關(guān)電源與線性穩(wěn)壓電源各自的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢且注重紋波噪聲抑制和耐高溫設(shè)計(jì)。利用開關(guān)電源完成不同電壓幅值的高效轉(zhuǎn)換并在電源輸出端增設(shè)專門的EMI濾波電路,再利用屏蔽罩對電源進(jìn)行屏蔽,最后輸出電壓再經(jīng)過一級線性穩(wěn)壓電路進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行穩(wěn)壓濾波。實(shí)測結(jié)果表明,利用該方法,電源的紋波與輻射噪聲得到了抑制,有效減少電源對回波信號的干擾,且輸出電壓穩(wěn)定,提高了超聲相控陣井壁成像儀井下工作的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:In view of the bad working environment of ultrasonic phased array well wall imager and the serious interference of the ripple noise of high voltage power supply required for ultrasonic pulse transmitting, the ultrasonic echo signal is interfered with.A method for suppressing ripple noise of high voltage power supply under high temperature is proposed and analyzed.This method combines the technical advantages of switching power supply and linear power supply, and pays attention to the design of ripple noise suppression and high temperature resistance.The switching power supply is used to realize the high efficiency conversion of different voltage amplitudes, and the special EMI filter circuit is added to the output end of the power supply, and then the power supply is shielded by the shield cover.Finally, the output voltage is further filtered through the first stage linear voltage regulator circuit.The measured results show that the ripple and radiation noise of the power supply are suppressed, the interference of the power supply to the echo signal is effectively reduced, and the output voltage is stable, which improves the working stability of the ultrasonic phased array well wall imager.
