小型自調(diào)式J-T制冷機(jī)波紋管剛度特性分析

【摘要】:自調(diào)式節(jié)流制冷器具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、響應(yīng)速度快、穩(wěn)定工作時(shí)間長等突出優(yōu)勢,在紅外制導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的應(yīng)用。鎳基封閉充壓波紋管作為自調(diào)式J-T節(jié)流制冷機(jī)的自調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)的主要組成部分,其剛度特性對于實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定可靠自調(diào)過程非常重要。首先建立了自調(diào)式有限元模型,求解了波紋管剛度,進(jìn)而將剛度的有限元求解結(jié)果與現(xiàn)有算法進(jìn)行了對比分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了環(huán)境溫度、波紋管壁厚、波拱高度、倒角、波距等參數(shù)變化對波紋管剛度的影響,深入剖析了不同參數(shù)影響下,波紋管剛度變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果顯示,有限元計(jì)算的剛度值與現(xiàn)有算法比起來更加準(zhǔn)確。溫度和波拱高度與剛度負(fù)相關(guān),壁厚與剛度正相關(guān),波紋倒角變化的影響可忽略。波距對剛度的影響并不穩(wěn)定,波距在一定范圍內(nèi)變化時(shí),剛度呈現(xiàn)先下降后上升的趨勢。
[Abstract]:The self-adjusting throttling refrigeration apparatus has the advantages of simple structure, fast response speed and long stable working time. It is widely used in infrared guidance field.As the main part of self-regulating mechanism of self-regulating J-T throttling refrigerator, the stiffness characteristics of nickel base closed charging bellows are very important to realize stable and reliable self-tuning process.At first, the self-adjusting finite element model is established, and the stiffness of bellows is solved. Then, the results of finite element analysis are compared with the existing algorithms.On this basis, the effects of environmental temperature, wall thickness of corrugated tube, height of corrugated arch, chamfer and distance on the stiffness of corrugated tube are deeply analyzed, and the variation law of corrugated tube stiffness under different parameters is analyzed.The results show that the stiffness calculated by the finite element method is more accurate than the existing algorithms.The temperature and the height of the wave arch are negatively correlated with the stiffness, the wall thickness is positively correlated with the stiffness, and the influence of the corrugated chamfer is negligible.The influence of wave distance on stiffness is not stable. When the wave distance changes in a certain range, the stiffness decreases first and then increases.
