市場與用戶驅(qū)動(dòng)的手寫數(shù)字簽名設(shè)備開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:面對(duì)當(dāng)前“無紙化辦公”存在的大量資源浪費(fèi)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息環(huán)境在安全性上存在的巨大漏洞,市場中一些生物識(shí)別等電子辦公產(chǎn)品自誕生以來就只關(guān)注于“軟件、技術(shù)”提升,卻沒有站在行業(yè)市場的視角對(duì)人-機(jī)-環(huán)境進(jìn)行細(xì)致地解析與研究。如何運(yùn)用工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)手段設(shè)計(jì)一款能夠滿足市場、客戶需求的產(chǎn)品,是每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)者在面對(duì)實(shí)際商業(yè)化項(xiàng)目中的重要課題,更是本文中需研究、解決的重點(diǎn)問題。 本文在市場與用戶驅(qū)動(dòng)下,結(jié)合市場分析法中的現(xiàn)有資料法、調(diào)研分析方法中的重點(diǎn)調(diào)查法的指導(dǎo),先把具有間接競爭力的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,其中著重分析了日本的簽名數(shù)位板、公司前期代理的產(chǎn)品,并發(fā)現(xiàn)目前存在的問題。其次,結(jié)合直接資料法,依據(jù)手寫數(shù)字簽名服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品定位,對(duì)整個(gè)行業(yè)市場進(jìn)行分析與研究后,通過觀察法、問卷調(diào)研法進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的用戶調(diào)研,指出開發(fā)設(shè)備的可行性與必要性,并結(jié)合公司內(nèi)部的設(shè)計(jì)要求,進(jìn)一步幫助設(shè)計(jì)者明確在后期設(shè)計(jì)簽名設(shè)備中存在的限制因素。再次,以人機(jī)工學(xué)為主、產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)為輔的相關(guān)知識(shí)理論指導(dǎo)下展開手寫數(shù)字簽名設(shè)備的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)工作。最后,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目中的工作過程做出總結(jié)與分析,并從產(chǎn)品的連鎖性價(jià)值等方面,闡述此次參與項(xiàng)目中所研發(fā)的手寫數(shù)字簽名設(shè)備帶來的設(shè)計(jì)效益。 此款手寫數(shù)字簽名設(shè)備目前已投入市場使用,通過當(dāng)前客戶對(duì)設(shè)備的認(rèn)可、滿意度等方面,,驗(yàn)證了此研究課題在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論方法指導(dǎo)下成功設(shè)計(jì)了滿足市場及用戶需求的手寫數(shù)字簽名設(shè)備,使“非物化”的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)能與“物化”的簽名設(shè)備巧妙結(jié)合,有效幫助企業(yè)提升競爭能力和市場應(yīng)變力,更便于客戶的使用與操作,也更有效的提高各行各業(yè)的辦公效率。
[Abstract]:In the face of the waste of a large amount of resources existing in paperless office and the huge security loopholes in the network information environment, some electronic office products such as biometrics in the market have only focused on "software, technology" since their birth.But did not stand in the industry market angle of view to the human-machine-environment to carry on the detailed analysis and the research.How to use industrial design means to design a product that can meet the needs of the market and customers is an important topic for each designer in the face of actual commercial projects, and it is also the key problem to be studied and solved in this paper.In this paper, under the market and user driven, combined with the existing data method in the market analysis method and the guidance of the key investigation method in the research and analysis method, the indirect competitive products are first compared and analyzed.This paper mainly analyzes the signature digital board of Japan and the products of the company's pre-agency, and finds out the existing problems.Secondly, according to the product orientation of handwritten digital signature service system, after analyzing and researching the whole industry market, through the method of observation and questionnaire investigation, the author carries out the product user investigation.This paper points out the feasibility and necessity of developing equipment, and further helps the designer to clarify the limitation factors in the later design of signature equipment in combination with the internal design requirements of the company.Thirdly, the innovative design of handwritten digital signature equipment is carried out under the guidance of the related knowledge theory of ergonomics and product form design.Finally, the paper summarizes and analyzes the working process of the whole project, and expounds the design benefits of the handwritten digital signature equipment developed in this project from the aspects of the interlocking value of the product.This handwritten digital signature device has now been put into use in the market, through the current customer's approval of the device, satisfaction and other aspects,It is verified that under the guidance of the theory and method of industrial design, the handwritten digital signature equipment is successfully designed to meet the needs of the market and users. The "non-materialized" service system can be skillfully combined with the "materialized" signature equipment.Effectively help enterprises to enhance competitiveness and market resilience, more convenient for the use and operation of customers, but also more effective to improve the efficiency of various industries.
