基于知識重用的綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求處理與轉(zhuǎn)換方法研究

【摘要】:在大規(guī)模定制以及綠色設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境下,如何正確、有效地獲取綠色產(chǎn)品的客戶需求信息是設(shè)計(jì)出客戶滿意產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵。然而,由于客戶需求表達(dá)的復(fù)雜性和不規(guī)范性,使得綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求的獲取以及處理較為困難,嚴(yán)重影響了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性和設(shè)計(jì)的效率。針對以上問題,本文提出一種基于知識重用的綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求處理與轉(zhuǎn)換方法的研究課題。 文中首先對客戶需求及知識重用的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,指出國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究方法的不足,并闡述了本研究的必要性。利用本體論方法對綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求進(jìn)行知識表達(dá),建立了基于本體的綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求知識模型。結(jié)合綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求的具體特點(diǎn)以及知識檢索的一般流程,建立了基于本體的語義知識檢索系統(tǒng)模型;通過基于領(lǐng)域本體的查詢擴(kuò)展和基于語義相似度的知識檢索實(shí)現(xiàn)了綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求知識的檢索和獲取,對獲取到的客戶需求知識進(jìn)行決策優(yōu)化并重用,得到最優(yōu)客戶需求集合。利用因果分析法實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色產(chǎn)品客戶需求向綠色設(shè)計(jì)工程參數(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)換;基于敏感性分析方法以及遞階質(zhì)量屋方法,提出了一種改進(jìn)的綠色設(shè)計(jì)工程參數(shù)權(quán)重確定方法;以客戶滿意為最終目標(biāo),對得出的綠色設(shè)計(jì)工程參數(shù)進(jìn)行客戶滿意度的評價(jià),,保證綠色設(shè)計(jì)的正確實(shí)施。最后,以冰箱產(chǎn)品為例,說明了該方法的具體實(shí)施過程。
[Abstract]:In the environment of mass customization and green design, how to get the customer demand information of green product correctly and effectively is the key to design customer satisfaction product.However, due to the complexity and non-standardization of customer demand expression, it is difficult to obtain and deal with the customer requirements of green products, which seriously affects the accuracy of product design and design efficiency.In view of the above problems, this paper presents a research topic of green product customer demand processing and transformation method based on knowledge reuse.In this paper, the domestic and foreign research status of customer demand and knowledge reuse is summarized, the deficiency of existing research methods at home and abroad is pointed out, and the necessity of this research is expounded.The ontology method is used to express the customer demand of green product, and an ontology based knowledge model of green product customer demand is established.Combined with the specific characteristics of green product customer demand and the general process of knowledge retrieval, a semantic knowledge retrieval system model based on ontology is established.Through query extension based on domain ontology and knowledge retrieval based on semantic similarity, the retrieval and acquisition of green product customer demand knowledge are realized, and the obtained customer demand knowledge is optimized and reused.Get the optimal customer demand set.Based on the sensitivity analysis method and the hierarchical quality house method, an improved method for determining the weight of green design engineering parameters is proposed.Taking customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal, this paper evaluates the green design engineering parameters to ensure the correct implementation of green design.Finally, taking the refrigerator product as an example, the concrete implementation process of the method is explained.
