【摘要】：在丁腈橡膠(NBR)乳膠中引入丁苯橡膠(SBR)膠乳作為彈性黏合劑,制備了多個(gè)新型無(wú)石棉膠乳密封墊片,并著重探討了不同混合膠乳質(zhì)量比對(duì)該密封墊片壓縮率、回彈率和拉伸強(qiáng)度的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在滿足密封墊片性能要求和降低產(chǎn)品成本的前提下,得到了較理想的SBR膠乳/NBR膠乳質(zhì)量比為6.4∶9.6和4.8∶11.2;同時(shí),利用回歸模型對(duì)混合SBR膠乳/NBR膠乳體系的性能進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),所得預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)測(cè)值較為接近,說(shuō)明該回歸模型在預(yù)測(cè)密封墊片壓縮率、回彈率和拉伸強(qiáng)度方面是有效的。
[Abstract]:A new type of asbestos - free latex gasket was prepared by the introduction of SBR latex into nitrile rubber ( NBR ) latex as elastic adhesive . The influence of the mass ratio of different mixed latex on the compression rate , rebound rate and tensile strength of SBR latex / NBR latex was discussed .
