金屬橡膠減振器的譜響應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:金屬橡膠減振器因其優(yōu)越的性能,在工程的降噪、減振中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。由于金屬橡膠材料的本構(gòu)關(guān)系復(fù)雜,因此前人對(duì)其簡(jiǎn)諧激勵(lì)響應(yīng)的研究很多,而隨機(jī)激勵(lì)響應(yīng)的研究比較欠缺。此外,學(xué)者們多采用理論方程作為金屬橡膠減振器的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,此類模型計(jì)算速度較快,可以系統(tǒng)研究結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,但是難以直觀的體現(xiàn)出減振器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、材料屬性、安裝方式等特點(diǎn)。而3D有限元模型恰可以彌補(bǔ)這一不足,可以方便的進(jìn)行減振器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和分析,及各部分參數(shù)的調(diào)整,但計(jì)算速度較慢。因此,研究金屬橡膠減振器的譜響應(yīng)特性,并綜合各模型的特點(diǎn),探究一種便于工程設(shè)計(jì)與分析的建模方式,對(duì)于工程中減振器的設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的意義。本文采用經(jīng)典的跡法模型作為金屬橡膠減振器的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型,利用等價(jià)非線性化法,推導(dǎo)其等價(jià)方程,進(jìn)而研究了跡法模型在高斯白噪聲激勵(lì)下的響應(yīng)特性。同時(shí),利用數(shù)字模擬方法例證了等價(jià)非線性化方法的可行性。另外,本文建立了減振器的3D有限元模型,并通過仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了3D有限元模型的準(zhǔn)確性,在此基礎(chǔ)上,探尋了3D有限元模型與跡法模型、復(fù)模量模型間的轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系。最后,本文提出了一種計(jì)算金屬橡膠減振器3D有限元模型譜響應(yīng)的方法,利用該方法分析了模型各參數(shù)對(duì)譜響應(yīng)的影響情況,得到了工程中可以參考的設(shè)計(jì)曲。為金屬橡膠減振器的設(shè)計(jì)工作奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Metal rubber shock absorber has been widely used in engineering noise reduction and vibration reduction because of its superior performance.Due to the complex constitutive relation of metal rubber materials, many researches have been done on the harmonic excitation response of metal rubber materials, but the research on random excitation response is relatively lacking.In addition, many scholars use the theoretical equation as the dynamic model of the metal rubber damper. This kind of model can be used to study the dynamic characteristics of the structure, but it is difficult to directly reflect the structure form of the absorber.Material properties, installation methods and other characteristics.The 3D finite element model can make up for this deficiency, and it can be used to design and analyze the structure of the shock absorber conveniently, and adjust the parameters of each part, but the calculation speed is slow.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the spectral response characteristics of metal rubber shock absorbers and to explore a modeling method which is convenient for engineering design and analysis by synthesizing the characteristics of each model.In this paper, the classical trace method model is used as the standard model of metal rubber shock absorber, the equivalent equation is derived by using the equivalent nonlinear method, and the response characteristics of the trace method model under the excitation of Gao Si white noise are studied.At the same time, the feasibility of the equivalent nonlinear method is illustrated by the digital analog method.In addition, the 3D finite element model of the shock absorber is established, and the accuracy of the 3D finite element model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results. On this basis, the 3D finite element model and the trace method model are explored.The transformation relationship between the complex modulus models.Finally, a method for calculating the spectral response of the 3D finite element model of the metal rubber damper is presented. The influence of the parameters of the model on the spectral response is analyzed by using this method, and the design curve that can be referenced in the engineering is obtained.It lays a foundation for the design of metal rubber shock absorber.
