高分辨率遙感影像中飛機(jī)識(shí)別研究

【摘要】：在目標(biāo)識(shí)別領(lǐng)域,飛機(jī)是一種常被研究的對(duì)象,對(duì)飛機(jī)進(jìn)行精確識(shí)別并定位,無(wú)論在軍事打擊和商業(yè)調(diào)查中都有重要意義。高分辨率圖像中豐富的空間、光譜和上下文信息在帶來(lái)更多有用細(xì)節(jié)信息的同時(shí),也給飛機(jī)識(shí)別帶來(lái)了更加復(fù)雜的背景干擾。主要研究應(yīng)用面向?qū)ο蟮睦砟顏?lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)高分辨率遙感圖像中飛機(jī)的識(shí)別。首先是圖像預(yù)處理,即獲得圖像中的對(duì)象;然后是面向?qū)ο蟮膱D像識(shí)別,即提取圖像對(duì)象的特征;并依據(jù)特征完成識(shí)別任務(wù)。利用的基本特征主要有圖像對(duì)象的面積、長(zhǎng)寬比、分散度、凸包缺陷。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明這種識(shí)別方法,對(duì)于不同朝向和大小的飛機(jī)都能取得較高的檢出率。
[Abstract]:In the field of target recognition, aircraft is often studied. It is very important to identify and locate the aircraft accurately, both in military strike and commercial investigation.The rich spatial, spectral and contextual information in high-resolution images not only brings more useful details, but also brings more complex background interference to aircraft recognition.The object-oriented concept is applied to the recognition of aircraft in high-resolution remote sensing images.First, the image preprocessing, that is, to obtain the object in the image; then, the object oriented image recognition, that is, to extract the features of the image object, and to complete the recognition task according to the feature.The main features used are the area of the image object, aspect ratio, dispersion and convex hull defect.Experiments show that this method can obtain high detection rate for aircraft with different orientation and size.
