基于薩道夫斯基公式分段擬合的燒鍋隧道爆破振動預(yù)測研究

【摘要】:針對承德燒鍋隧道掘進(jìn)過程中地表實測爆破振動與爆破安全規(guī)程中建議的薩道夫斯基公式預(yù)測的峰值速度有較大偏差的問題進(jìn)行研究。通過監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)擬合隧道底板的振動波傳播衰減規(guī)律,考慮微差爆破中沖擊能轉(zhuǎn)化為彈性振動能時發(fā)生折減,采用應(yīng)力過渡系數(shù)k表征單段爆破的爆破應(yīng)力對隧道彈性區(qū)圍巖體的作用程度;通過BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)反演出滿足現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)力過渡系數(shù);建立FLAC3D模型,以應(yīng)力過渡系數(shù)修正模型邊界條件,分段模擬各個爆破區(qū)段內(nèi)的地表振動場,用薩道夫斯基公式做回歸擬合,給出各個爆破區(qū)段內(nèi)K、α參數(shù)工程指導(dǎo)值。對比實測數(shù)據(jù)其誤差在10%以內(nèi),為準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測爆破影響范圍內(nèi)地表建、構(gòu)筑物的爆破振速提供了可靠依據(jù),保障了燒鍋隧道施工的順利進(jìn)行,并為其他爆破工程爆破振動預(yù)測提供了新的方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that there is a big deviation between the measured blasting vibration on the ground and the peak velocity predicted by Sadolski formula suggested in the blasting safety code during tunneling of Chengde wok tunnel, the monitoring data are used to fit the bottom of the tunnel. The attenuation law of vibration wave propagation of plate, Considering the reduction of shock energy from millisecond blasting to elastic vibration energy, the stress transition coefficient k is used to characterize the effect of blasting stress on surrounding rock mass in elastic zone of tunnel. BP neural network is used to invert the stress transition coefficient to satisfy the field monitoring data, the FLAC3D model is established, the boundary condition of the model is modified with the stress transition coefficient, and the ground vibration field in each blasting section is simulated in sections. By using Sadolski formula to do regression fitting, the engineering guidance values of K, 偽 parameters in each blasting section are given. The error of comparison of measured data is less than 10%, in order to accurately predict the surface construction within the blasting influence range. The blasting vibration velocity of the structure provides a reliable basis to ensure the smooth construction of the boiler tunnel and provides a new method for the prediction of blasting vibration in other blasting projects.
