A公司提升產(chǎn)品可靠性策略研究

【摘要】:2014年5月,習(xí)近平總書記在河南考察時做出指示,要推動中國制造向中國創(chuàng)造轉(zhuǎn)變、中國速度向中國質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)變、中國產(chǎn)品向中國品牌轉(zhuǎn)變。可靠性是中國企業(yè)實現(xiàn)中國速度向中國質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)之一,企業(yè)越來越注重產(chǎn)品在市場上的可靠性表現(xiàn),可靠性管理與提升成為近年來企業(yè)尤其是已經(jīng)具有一定實力企業(yè)的成長抓手。 很多公司均建立了基本的質(zhì)量管理體系并順利通過IS09001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證,公司各方面的管理規(guī)范,管理水平也很高。但面對行業(yè)激烈的競爭,公司要想提高市場占有率,提高盈利能力,快速發(fā)展壯大,成長為優(yōu)秀的企業(yè),僅僅依靠通過IS09001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,必須提高其產(chǎn)品可靠性。本文以一家具備高成長性的大型智能卡系統(tǒng)科技企業(yè)(A公司)的可靠性提升為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行提升管理策略研究。文中首先回顧了可靠性管理以及可靠性增長的相關(guān)理論,后續(xù)的提升策略研究都以這些經(jīng)典的可靠性工程理論為基礎(chǔ)。闡述了A公司和其典型產(chǎn)品,,著重從可靠性管理體系設(shè)置與運行、可靠性設(shè)計制造兩大領(lǐng)域來分析A公司在可靠性組織、體系運行、供應(yīng)鏈、試驗與設(shè)計分析、電子組織工藝等方面存在的問題。研究提出了可靠性管理體系設(shè)置與運行領(lǐng)域以及可靠性設(shè)計分析領(lǐng)域的提升策略的提升策略。 管理顧問湯姆·彼得斯評論道:可靠性,不僅僅是企業(yè)激進(jìn)的承諾,它更是企業(yè)最具價值的核心優(yōu)勢一一在中長期尤其如此!笨煽啃允窃O(shè)計、管理、制造出來的,本文給出了一套針對具備一定實力的企業(yè)產(chǎn)品可靠性提升管理策略,對于其順利開展可靠性管理運行和設(shè)計分析評價,拿出好用管用、可靠性一流的產(chǎn)品提供了較佳的借鑒模式。
[Abstract]:In May 2014, during a visit to Henan Province, General Secretary Xi Jinping gave instructions to promote the transformation of Chinese manufacturing into China's creation, and the speed of China's transition to China's quality. Reliability is one of the key indicators for Chinese enterprises to realize the transition from China's speed to China's quality. Enterprises are paying more and more attention to the reliability performance of their products in the market. In recent years, reliability management and promotion have become the growth of enterprises, especially those with certain strength. Many companies have established a basic quality management system and successfully passed the IS09001 quality system certification. The management standards in all aspects of the company are also very high. However, in the face of fierce competition in the industry, the company wants to increase its market share. It is not enough to improve profitability, develop rapidly, and grow into an excellent enterprise. It is far from enough to rely on the certification of IS09001 quality system. It is necessary to improve the reliability of its products. This paper aims at improving the reliability of a large smart card system science and technology company with high growth. In this paper, we first review the reliability management. And the theory of reliability growth, The subsequent studies on promotion strategies are based on these classical reliability engineering theories. This paper expounds A Company and its typical products, focusing on the setting and operation of reliability management system. Reliability design and manufacturing two major areas to analyze A company in reliability organization, system operation, supply chain, testing and design analysis, In this paper, the improvement strategy of reliability management system setting and operation field and reliability design analysis field is put forward. Tom Peters, a management consultant, commented: "Reliability is not just a radical commitment to business, it is also the most valuable core advantage of a business-especially in the medium to long term." Reliability is designed, managed, and manufactured. In this paper, a set of management strategies for improving the reliability of enterprise products with certain strength is given, and it is easy to use for its smooth operation of reliability management and design, analysis and evaluation. Reliability of the first-class products to provide a better reference model.
