基于多核DSP的星載并行遙感圖像壓縮系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著星載遙感技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,產(chǎn)生的遙感數(shù)據(jù)也變得日漸龐大,目前有限的通信帶寬遠(yuǎn)不能滿足遙感圖像數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)男枨蟆R虼搜芯棵嫦蛐禽d應(yīng)用的圖像壓縮技術(shù)對(duì)空間應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。采用傳統(tǒng)單核數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)難以滿足性能需求,而采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)可編程門陣列(FPGA)則難以滿足功耗需求,近年來(lái)隨著硬件技術(shù)發(fā)展,多核DSP技術(shù)已經(jīng)成熟,且在彈載場(chǎng)景已有比較成熟的多核DSP圖像壓縮解決方案,可供星載應(yīng)用參考;诙嗪薉SP,即TI公司的C6678多核浮點(diǎn)DSP平臺(tái),構(gòu)建一個(gè)并行圖像壓縮系統(tǒng),并充分利用多核DSP的硬件資源。考慮星載遙感圖像壓縮對(duì)壓縮質(zhì)量、壓縮速度等多方面指標(biāo)都有著較高的要求,系統(tǒng)采用JPEG2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行圖像壓縮,并且采用了主核負(fù)責(zé)外部通信與內(nèi)部任務(wù)分配、從核執(zhí)行JPEG2000圖像壓縮的設(shè)計(jì)方案。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,且整體壓縮性能優(yōu)秀,能夠滿足對(duì)星載遙感圖像壓縮系統(tǒng)的性能要求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of space-borne remote sensing technology, the resulting remote sensing data is becoming larger and larger. At present, the limited communication bandwidth is far from meeting the demand of remote sensing image data transmission. Therefore, it is very important for the development of space application technology to study the image compression technology for space-borne applications. Word signal processor (DSP) is difficult to meet performance requirements, In recent years, with the development of hardware technology, multi-core DSP technology has matured, and there is a mature multi-core DSP image compression solution in missile-borne scene. It can be used as a reference for spaceborne applications. A parallel image compression system is constructed on the basis of multi-core DSP, that is, C6678 multi-core floating-point DSP platform of TI, and the hardware resources of multi-core DSP are fully utilized. The compression quality of space-borne remote sensing image compression is considered. The system adopts JPEG2000 standard for image compression, and adopts the main core responsible for external communication and internal task allocation, and executes the design scheme of JPEG2000 image compression from the core. The test results show that, The system runs stably and reliably, and the overall compression performance is excellent, which can meet the performance requirements of spaceborne remote sensing image compression system.
