【摘要】:隨著變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)理論被人們更熟練的運(yùn)用和數(shù)控加工凸輪曲線的逐漸成熟,變焦系統(tǒng)的成像質(zhì)量及像面穩(wěn)定性得到了保證。因此變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)也得到了更廣泛的應(yīng)用。變焦投影物鏡是投影儀結(jié)構(gòu)組成中的重要部分。在工作距不變的情況下,實(shí)現(xiàn)不同倍數(shù)的放大。本論文設(shè)計(jì)出在同一光學(xué)引擎、屏幕位置不變的情況下,使用該變焦投影物鏡畫面可以根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行大小尺寸變化。該變焦投影物鏡的焦距變化范圍為22mm-37 mm,視場角為46o-75o,F數(shù)為2.8?紤]到所設(shè)計(jì)要求為相對孔徑較大,大視場角和小變焦倍比的光學(xué)系統(tǒng),首先根據(jù)變焦理論,采用機(jī)械補(bǔ)償方式中的正組補(bǔ)償法,并合理地選擇變倍組、補(bǔ)償組的分段倍率,求出高斯解;然后各組元分別選用合理的初始結(jié)構(gòu);最后利用光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件對其進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì),適當(dāng)添加非球面,進(jìn)而滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。為解決大視場變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)難以控制畸變的問題,本論文決定采用二、四透鏡組元移動(dòng)的機(jī)械補(bǔ)償方式,并利用調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)MTF綜合評價(jià)整個(gè)投影鏡頭。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明:該變焦投影鏡頭的結(jié)構(gòu)和像質(zhì)都符合設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)需求,在空間頻率64 mmlp/處各個(gè)視場空間調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)值均大于0.3,畸變小于1%,色還原良好,整體結(jié)構(gòu)合理、像面穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:As the design theory of zoom optical system is used more skillfully and the cam curve of NC machining becomes more mature, The imaging quality and image plane stability of the zoom system are guaranteed. Therefore, the zoom optical system is also widely used. The zoom projection objective is an important part of the structure of the projector. In this paper, we design the same optical engine with the same screen position. The zoom projection objective can be used to change the size and size of the zoom lens according to the need. The zoom projection objective has a range of focal length of 22mm-37 mm and a field of view angle of 46o-75oFwhose number is 2.8. Considering that the design requirement is large relative aperture, In the optical system of large field angle and small zoom ratio, firstly, according to the zoom theory, the positive group compensation method is adopted in the mechanical compensation mode, and the variable power group is reasonably selected, the piecewise ratio of the compensation group is compensated, and Gao Si's solution is obtained. Then each element is selected with reasonable initial structure, and then it is further designed by optical design software, and the aspherical surface is added appropriately to meet the design requirements. In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to control the distortion in the large field of view zoom optical system, In this paper, the mechanical compensation method of moving two-and four-lens components is adopted, and the modulation transfer function (MTF) is used to evaluate the whole projection lens synthetically. The design results show that the structure and image quality of the zoom lens meet the requirements of the design index. At the spatial frequency of 64 mmlp/, the value of the spatial modulation transfer function is greater than 0.3, the distortion is less than 1, the color reduction is good, the whole structure is reasonable, and the image plane is stable.
