3種石生苔蘚植物碳酸酐酶對(duì)石灰?guī)r的溶蝕作用

【摘要】:以普定嚴(yán)重石漠化區(qū)域石生細(xì)葉小羽蘚Haplocladium microphyllum Hedw.、銀葉真蘚Bryum argenteum Hedw.和美灰蘚Eurohypnum leptothollum(C.Muell.)Ando.為研究材料,運(yùn)用模擬土柱實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置收集植物淋出液并測(cè)定其電導(dǎo)率、pH值、CA活性、鈣鎂元素含量并對(duì)石灰?guī)r試片溶蝕進(jìn)行估算。結(jié)果表明:巖溶生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中不同植物的碳酸酐酶活性差異較大,其中細(xì)葉小羽蘚的溶蝕效果最為顯著,產(chǎn)生的碳匯量最大;CA活性最高為美灰蘚,為272.99U·g~(-1)·FW;最小的為細(xì)葉小羽蘚的CA活性較低,為38.31U·g~(-1)·FW。淋出液均檢測(cè)到CA的存在,銀葉真蘚淋溶6d的CA活性最高,隨著時(shí)間的推移,3種植物CA總體表現(xiàn)出先略降,然后升高,最后趨于平穩(wěn)的趨勢(shì);pH值呈上升趨勢(shì);電導(dǎo)率呈下降趨勢(shì);淋出液中Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+)濃度隨淋溶時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)濃度逐漸降低,一定時(shí)間后趨于動(dòng)態(tài)的平衡;說(shuō)明石生植物對(duì)石灰?guī)r有明顯的酶促溶蝕驅(qū)動(dòng)作用,且溶蝕率與CA活性成正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Using Haplocladium microphyllum Hedw., Bryum argenteum Hedw. and Eurohypnum leptothollumus C.Muell.Ando.Ando. in the severe rocky desertification area of Puding, the plant leachate was collected by simulated soil column experiment device and its conductivity and pH value CA activity were measured. The content of calcium and magnesium elements and the dissolution of limestone specimen were estimated. The results showed that the carbonic anhydrase activity of different plants in karst ecosystem varied greatly, among which the dissolution effect was the most obvious. The maximum amount of carbon sequestration produced was moss (272.99U / g) FW, and the lowest (38.31U / g ~ (-1)) FW.The CA activity was the highest in the elution solution, and the CA activity was the highest at 6 days after leaching of Moss silverleaf, while the activity of CA was the highest in the leached moss for 6 days, and the CA activity was lower (38.31U / g ~ (-1)) in the leachate. With the passage of time, CA of the three plants showed a slight decrease first, then increased, and finally tended to a steady trend: the pH value showed an upward trend, the electrical conductivity showed a downward trend; The concentration of Ca~(2 and Mg~(2 in leaching solution decreased gradually with the prolonging of leaching time and tended to dynamic equilibrium after a certain time, which indicated that lithophyte had obvious enzymatic dissolution driving effect on limestone, and the dissolution rate was positively correlated with CA activity.
